Facility Solutions specializes in light construction and remodeling, including drywall installation and repair, finishing, floor replacement, and cement, stucco, and exterior cladding repair and replacement.

We have formed a skilled team of pipework, electrical, and HVAC service contractors. We resolve clogged toilets & pipes, dripping pipes, and broken fixtures. We also conduct efficiency assessments and illumination enhancements, along with HVAC and cooling system repairs.

Jon is a co-owner and the operations manager at Facility Solutions, which offers a complete solution for property upkeep and small project needs. Facility Solutions can manage maintenance programming for 500,000 SF manufacturing facilities while providing the client care and dedication needed for a 1,500 SF business.

With a two-decade career, Jon has a background in electrical and mechanical. He has also served as a project manager for the Weitz Company and Ovard Construction, overseeing nearly $50 million in construction projects. Jon's facility management experience includes roles at Fluke / Danaher in production and testing environments. He currently serves clients across Idaho and the state of Oregon.

Jon is happily married to Kym. Besides spending time with his family, Jon is an enthusiastic outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and cycling.
