I've been using Fabrizio plumbing for over 15 years, and have always been happy with their service, but this past week all of that changed. I've never been so shocked by how unprofessional a company could be. This past week I called Joe to say I was having a problem with a whole house filtration system that was installed in my home by him, I was told he was too busy and to contact his 70 year old retired father. When I contacted his father per Joe's suggestion he was confused and had no idea what I was talking about. Today I contacted Joe for a second time considering it had been 3 days, my problem still had not been addressed and I had still not heard from from Joe. When I expressed to him how unhappy I was with this treatment after being such a loyal customer over that past 15 years he proceeded to tell me if I felt this way then not to call him again and hung up on me. Draw from this what you will, but personally I feel that this was extremely unprofessional and lazy.

This guy is rude and I would not refer him to any of my friends. I did not think he was pleasant to work with at all.
