I have used Fabian's plumbing a few times and have been very pleased with his work. He has worked well with my schedule. His work has been top notch. I have a hard time believing he would have forged a signature as accused of in the previous review. I will be using Fabians Plumbing again on my Commercial projects. I recommend this Company. I might also add that they came to me highly recommended.

I would like to describe the experience I had with Fabians' Fast Affordable Plumbing. I was surprised to see that a licensed plumber did not even know how to install a tub! I saw as he removed it from the box without measuring how it would fit given the position of the drain. As a consequence of this all the pvc plumbing did not fit correctly so he just left it loose so that it would fit. The water lines were installed in such a way as that they would have water hammering. The most simple and basic of things such as installing shutoff valves was neglected. He also did not anchor or frame the tub. The crosspiece was short by 7 inches and it was nonexistent at the head and foot of tub. The tub was placed on an unlevel rough surface. The cement boards around it were loose and moving. The bench at the foot was crooked and unsquared. The niches were uneven and unleveled. One side was longer than the other. The corners were round instead of square. The walls around the tub were rough and not smooth and not ready for tiling. Actually I could go on an on. Once his men messed up several times he began to say that he was "out" as far as being responsible for the job. He did not want to be my contractor anymore and that I would have to pay his men directly to have things repaired. I ended up paying twice for this job because I paid another contractor to redo all the bad work. To top things off, I found out later that he had forged my signature on a copy of a receipt for this job. This merchant's actions in my opinion are criminal. Aside from deceptive business practices. I would recommend that everyone steer clear of this merchant.
