Fabian Pietrzykowski launched Fabian Construction following 15 years of experience with respected construction firms across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The inspiration to enter the construction field arose when Fabian, then a restaurant owner in Utah, struggled to find reliable and high-quality contractors. Seeing this need, he set out to become an expert in both commercial and residential contracting. With a strong background in maintenance, he successfully transitioned from restaurant owner to contractor, turning client visions into reality.

As a detail-oriented general construction manager and owner of Fabian Construction LLC, he boasts over twenty years of experience in industrial and commercial construction and renovations. His expertise includes restaurant maintenance and a variety of general services. Fabian is proficient in carpentry, electrical tasks, plumbing, home remodeling, painting, cement laying, floor installation, room expansions, and repairing or replacing commercial kitchen appliances and restaurant furniture.
