For the past six months or so I've been working on our bathroom remodel and needed some extra help as I've been running out of time. After calling multiple plumbers, they all tried to up-sell me additional services that I didn't need or want. Frank was one of the only ones that gave me a good price on what I needed and didn't try to just make as much money as he could. In addition, he gave me a laundry list of great tips at no additional cost. He got in touch with me the day before he was scheduled to come, showed up on time, was polite and considerate, and even got the job done under budget! All in all it couldn't have gone any smoother. I will definitely get in touch with Frank if I ever have any more plumbing needs, I highly recommend him and feel as though he lets his integrity guide his work. Something I very much respect and wish other contractors would take note of.

We needed an angle valve and supply line changed on our toilet. I know, it can be a do it yourself job but we are relatively new home owners and I'm still learning about how to be a mr fix it.

Frank was very professional on the phone and easy to set up at time with. He also comes out to give free estimates, unlike others who charge a fee just to go to see what the problem is. That said, he was also willing to give me an idea of how much it would be over the phone.

He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, took a look at what needed to be changed, let me know potential issues just so there wouldn't be any surprises, and finished up the job quickly and with no mess.

It can be a challenge finding great people to come and fix things in Pacifica so it's great that we found Frank. His prices are more than fair (someone else quoted me $275 to do the same job).

Whoa Baby... what a find! I got myself my go to plumber- it's Frank.

So my yard's water pressure was high- very high- and I was popping my irrigation valves. With us in a drought, I was getting socked with Donald-sized water bills. Frank of F&A was recommended to me and he set me up with a pressure reducing valve, hose bib and now it's all good again. My tomato plants are singing already.
