We originally hired a different plumber to fix a couple of leaks in our kitchen, but after multiple visits that added up to over $1500, the problem was worse, not better. Finally we called F&A Plumbing to assess the situation. Not only did Frank and his associate come out the very next day, but they determined the likely solution right away, wrote out the proposal & estimate, and got to the root of the problem just as they described within a couple of hours. We definitely have a new go-to for any future plumbing needs!

Frank is a professional and solid guy. I had a tricky drain repair above the ceiling and with very limited access. Out of all the plumbers I spoke with, Frank quoted the most reasonable approach and cost, without B.S. extras like ""$200 charge for limited access"". On the day of our appointment, he called ahead to give me his ETA, arrived on time, did the job, and cleaned up afterward. He even replaced an old kitchen faucet for only the cost of the parts because he was ""already there"". What a pleasure to work with an honest and decent plumber. When I notice afterward that there was still a small leak, which is understandable given the tricky repair and my 80-year old plumbing, Frank came right back the same day and took care of it. If you need any plumbing work, call Frank!

Frank's immediate response and appointment setup was fats and efficient. I randomly searched here on Yelp for a plumber for my mothers home and when he arrived he was a friendly face to my mom as he had been referred to her a weeks ago about a gutter issue. She told me about him then being nice, helpful and consultive in his approach. It was a wonderful coincidence that the paths crossed again! Now we know who to call for all plumbing issues!

What can I say about F&A that hasn't already been said? Frank is GREAT!!! We did all the communication through Yelp messages which shows me that he's all about customer satisfaction and service because he was very prompt in answering me.

Had a clogged drain in the shower and Frank and Louis came out to diagnose the problem and unclog the pipe. Frank also took his time to walk around the house with me and address any questions/issues I had. Flexible time and very reasonable pricing. I'm sure there might be cheaper alternatives, but the profesionalism and workmanship is worth every penny. Felt secure letting Frank and company in my house without needing to keep an eye on them or anything while they're doing their work. No need to hover while these guys are on the job. Honest, courteous, and knowledgeable . What more can you ask for.
