I reached F&A over email to address a leaky water heater. They responded promptly and came out to evaluate and provide an estimate the next day in Pacifica. They were very responsive and got everything fixed up to code in addition to replacing the busted water heater. Despite complications they also kept to their original estimate. I would definitely recommend them if your water heater goes bad.

If someone gives you a quote for work and you think it is a little (or a lot) high then get a 2nd opinion.

Was having some issues with my bathtub not draining properly.
Got an unnamed company to check it out and they claimed it was going to be a very extensive multi-day job.

Called F&A and they checked it out. Was able to fix the issue at 1/10th of the original quote and it works really well.


They are trustworthy and they do great work! Highly recommend!

Had Frank out again to check out a leaking pipe. He came and called before arriving to LMK he was on his way. When he got there he said the pipes washing machine pipes were not connected and that was the issue - not the pipe. No charge for the visit. He's respectful of my time and on point again. He's my go to plumber now.

F&A Plumbing is excellent, excellent, excellent. Solid five stars for Frank and his assistant Eli. Frank is timely, responsive to texts, communicative and they fixed my kitchen faucet. Yay. My faucet was leaking for such a long time (it was slow but then got really bad! Yikes!) and I needed to change it out. Frank suggested replacement products. I went out and bought a faucet that I liked and scheduled an appointment with him right away. The faucet was in beautifully in a half hour. They were professional and courteous. I can't recommend F&A more highly. I would hire them again in an instant.
