I can't say enough about what F & L Plumbing did for us this week. We came home to a severely flooded basement and because of it had no AC or hot water. I called that afternoon and they came the very next morning. It took a while for all that water to pump out so to save me money they left the pumps, called me later to check the progress then came back to finish everything.

I went from everything being flooded and broken to being fixed in one day. I'm definitely going to call them whenever I have a plumbing problem.

As a restaurant owner with a restroom issue on a Friday night, I was incredibly impressed with how seriously F&L treated my issue. Though it was after they had already closed, the repairman arrived within 45 minutes and had the issue fixed within half an hour after arrival. They made me feel that my business really mattered to them and went the extra mile to track down a serviceman who had already headed home for the evening to get my issue taken care of.

I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any other plumbing repairs.

They installed a gas line in my house for my new gas stove. After getting outrageous quotes from many other plumbers, these guys had a far more reasonable price. They did superb work and were done in a matter of hours. This was done about a year ago and we haven't had any issues with the line. Thank you!

We called because our hot water heater was whistling on and off one night. They came first thing in the morning. There was an older man and a younger, trainee maybe? They were here for only a few minutes, as that's how long it took for them to look at our hot water heater and determine there was nothing to indicate that our house was going to explode. We are talking in and out in under 10mins and that includes time to chit chat.

We just paid our $140 bill.

While I am grateful for their reassurance, I am frustrated that no one let us know the cost would be so high and feel they should have told us when we made the appointment. This is their *minimum* hourly standard service charge. Meaning, if they come to your home for any reason for any length of time under one hour, this is what you can expect to pay.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged Mike and Jerry got it unclogged it took them awhile it was a bad clog and they worked non-stop to make it happen.
