Do your research. Rates $120/hour. My fault for not asking. Job ended up taking almost 7 hours. Leaking faucet doesn't leak now but for that price I would have bought a new tub instead. I see here that the shop is union.

First off, I called them about 10 in the morning and they showed up after lunch. That was awesome. Secondly, totally safe concerning COVID. Social distanced and wore a mask. Concerning the problem I called for... he figured out the problem in less than a minute. He fixed it in less than 30. Really nice people, everyone I have talked to at their company has been awesome. Totally paperless at the time so no contact for COVID, they sent a bill. And, it was very inexpensive. Not cheap, inexpensive. Cheap is low quality, this was top notch service at a fantastic price. I recommend highly, you will be happy you called them.

We had a backup of our sewer system out here in the country 25 miles from town. Could not flush toilet, all drains backing up, etc. Our place was unlivable. It was Sunday, and COVID19 ""stay in place"" orders were in effect. Tim came out here anyway. He was very pleasant with a good upbeat personality. He fixed the clog right away and obviously knew what he was doing. We are so thankful for him.

My sister's furnace gave out and we needed someone right away. I called and left a message late at night and they promptly called back at 8 a.m. After inspection it was determined that she needed a new furnace. They promptly called their supplier and got us a new furnace and installed it in a few hours. Derek and his associate were prompt and very professional. I give them an A+ rating

Labor was $114.00 an hour, $44.00 for driving(its a 15 minute trip to my location from their business location but I don't know how they calculate this)
This is information I should've researched beforehand. So for anyone interested here it is.
Plumber was professional.

We had tried to DIY fix the leak in our bathtub but had lots of problems with the cartridge not budging and coming out in pieces. It soon became such a problem that we had to shut off water to the entire house. I run a daycare and not having water is a big problem. I called at 9:15 am and explained the situation. She informed me she could have someone to my house sometime between noon and 2. I explained that we had to let the water company know by 1:30pm if we wanted the water turned back on today so earlier in that window would be great. What a pleasant surprise when at 9:54 am the technician showed up! He got the cartridge out and informed us it was under warranty with the company (awesome news!). I was waiting for a large bill at the end, but it only ended up being $127! They have outstanding customer service and were very well priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

FJ Murphy plumbing has been to our home now five times for plumbing as well as heating and cooling. They are always professional, do excellent work, they're thorough, prompt and fairly priced.

They are a union-based shop but their prices are right in line with quality non-union shops.
