Kudos to F.H. Furr for solving my vexing heat pump issue. For about a year I've had an intermittent heat pump problem. Fixing problems that can't be duplicated when a diagnostician is present is particularly challenging. Thank you to Adonnis Graves and Robert for the effort they dedicated to diagnosing and then fixing the problem. Too places that do repairs simply replace parts until the situation resolves. What I experienced was true diagnosis and evaluation. Thank you.
