Just had a great experience with F. Frank & son. I've been in my house for a few years and have never done any maintenance to my cesspool. Called Frank & Son and was greeted by a very helpful and informative woman and scheduled an appointment to take a look at our system.
This morning Hector came and took the time to explain to me the size and type of my system and also showed me where the vent is located. Before doing any work he clearly explained my options and pricing. He was knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. Thank you Hector and F. Frank & son!!

Great service from a family-run business. They were quick to arrive and explained all work to be done before they started. They also provided a good explanation of how my particular septic system worked. Robin also authorized a ten percent discount. You'll get a good feeling from them, as I did. Listen, Nobody wants to worry about their cesspool. All I can say is this Fred Frank and Son is the most reliable and Professional, from Robyn to Hector it's a great experience. Everything gets done in a timely fashion and gets done clean. They are highly recommended in my book.

What was written is the truth. I cannot recommend your company. Now you are trying to discredit me, for your business's reputation. It is still all about YOU. You are concerned when I post an accurate depiction of your company, and how the reviews are effected.
Robin said ""F Frank & Son is the only honest cesspool company out there"". She discredited the entire industry. She told me it would be easy to find another company to help out on the same day, after 2:30 - 3pm on a Saturday. Seriously!?!?!?!? You write ""the conversation - (meaning me) became unreasonable (because I asked you to return to the job site and do the job you agreed to do at the price agreed on) and you are politely listening"" ?!?!?!?!?! I didn't yell or scream or curse, and Robin hung up mid sentence. And before that a man could be heard in the background, and he kept saying 'hang up on her, just hang up on her"". Was that you? You left my friend in a terrible position. I have photos of the 'low hanging' wispy twigs - which would not have scratched, or in any other way, damaged the truck, no matter the height. It was, and is, safe and accessible. The other company that came had NO PROBLEM. The oil truck that came earlier that day had NO PROBLEM. You didn't honor the agreement, your only concern is your overbooked schedule, your business, and you defend your actions. Any other company, with customer service skills, and who really cares about their customers, would try to make amends and make things right. (A follow up phone call to the individual, not a public counter-post on YELP. Once again proving your only concern is about your business. I have seen other dissatisfied posts on YELP, and the business privately reaches out to the person they harmed, made things right, and then the individual will post a partial retraction, or a correction, or an update on YELP.) Not F Frank and Son. Now, after the fact, you are concerned because I posted the truth, and people will know about you. These are the facts, not opinions or conjecture. I am so sorry you are disheartened and displeased with my recounting of my experience with F Frank & Son. You should have done better and known better. This isn't unfair - I am protecting others from making a HUGE mistake. I am looking out for my friends and neighbors and the Long Island community.
I stand by my original post. If you want honest, dependable, reliable - go someplace else. Do not use this company - period.

Called for inspection, treatment, and my own education about cesspool system in the house we just bought. Hector and Pete couldn't have been nicer. They were punctual, professional, and answered all my questions with a smile. Will definitely call them if I need service, and every few years just to make sure everything is working as it should. Excellent! Called in the morning was here in an hour. They even mentioned the 10 percent discount on the phone. They cleaned my cesspool and felt very comfortable. Paul was up front with the cost and that's how much it was. Robin who answered the phone was also very helpful. They are highly recommended.

Simply the best! Reliable, prompt, professional, honest, and most importantly fair. Have used a few times now and their service has been great. From the staff on the phone to the team that shows up everyone is upfront and honest. They cleaned up the hole they had to dig and put the grass back almost to the point that it didn't look like they hadn't come. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. When we called for emergency service, they said a truck would be there within 2 hrs( they were on another job) within the hr they were there. Both Hector&Pete were very knowledgeable & explained the process frm finding the cesspool to the final installation.
We highly recommend these professionals for their prompt service& knowledge. We had called the original people(AlAparo) who installed the pool yrs ago.Alaparo strung as on for 15 hrs.We were told it would early afternoon. I called again& they said only had 2 workers& try to get someone else. Well, if I called Frank & Sons originally we would have had the emergency done much earlier
