LIFESAVERS!!

I woke up this morning to a mess left behind by my nephew. I spent an hour trying to unclog it - hot water, soap, plunging, even scooping (which was the grossest thing I've ever done in my life!). Nothing was working, and it's the only toilet in the house. Other plumbers were saying they could come out Monday (it's Friday! I can't go 3 days without a toilet!). Then Jarred reached out to me. I told him what was happening, and within a half an hour he had someone on their way.

John was friendly and professional, went right to it to fix the problem, kept at it even though it was a fight, and had everything working again within about 10 minutes. He was even mindful to make sure my cat didn't get out when he went in and out (which so many who come here aren't!).

I can't thank John, Jarred, and F and F Plumbing not only for understanding what ""emergency"" means when all the other ones apparently didn't, but for their prompt and professional response to an anxiety-inducing household cluster!

I found F&F Plumbing and heating on Yelp. Sent a picture of the faucet that needed to be replaced, received an estimate within minutes. Jarred and his son(also Jarred) showed up on time replaced the faucet quickly and neatly for the exact estimate price. Nice and easy. I highly recommend.

Jarred and team did a great job fixing our boiler on short notice. They were flexible around our schedule, and quickly identified and repaired the issue, as well as a general inspection and tips for future prevention. We were about to have guests and the temp was getting cold, so was great to get this sorted quickly and get heat and hot water back in the house. Jarred was friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. Would call him again.
