I'm not really sure why most plumbers don't seem to live in the year 2023. Perhaps it's because they work in a medium that hasn't changed that much with the times. Toilets, for better or for worse, are much the same as they were 20 years ago. Drains (unlike some microwaves, fridges, and dishwashers) don't need wi-fi. Either way, I'm going to stop speculating about things you probably aren't interested in reading, and tell you that Jarred from F&F is, thus far, everything I want in a plumber.

Jarred has superceded my former favorite plumber in the area because I didn't need to call into an office to talk to a secretary and play a game of describing the issue, and calling back and forth to find out when someone would be available.

I TEXTED Jarred the problem, and the address. He texted back when he could be there. We agreed on a time, a date, and a tentative estimate. ALL VIA TEXT. Jarred went over, fixed the problem.

And I sent him the payment. Via VENMO.

If you're keeping track, I was able to handle a plumbing problem in half a day, without ever having to talk to anyone.

In my experience, F&F's prices are similar to most of the professionals in the area, but the time and hassle I saved working efficiently via my phone... priceless.
