I had a hot water heater 10 months ago installed by this company. Recently I came home to find out there was no hot water coming out. Thankfully, my neighbor was an electrician. When the hot water heater was installed, they inspected it a couple months later they had another person inspected. At no point was I told there was a problem with the electrical. However, I just came home and there is no hot water. There were wires exposed that they did not cover. They were not even connected. I'm actually lucky my house did not burn down because of their faulty installation. When I contacted them, they said well it's your fault because your electricity is from the 1970s. Again, this was inspected twice and at no point that they bring any issues to my awareness. I contacted them they pretty much said screw you. I'm including pictures of their shotty work and I'm telling you right now if anybody talks to Jane at this company, hang up the phone and run the other way. I am posting this everywhere on every social media site. Avoid this company at all cost or your house will be burned down.

I had to call for HVAC problems 2 days before Christmas. F.F. Hitchcock was able to make it happen the day after Christmas when other companies said it would take a week or longer. The technician that came out Lena was without a doubt the friendliest and knowledgeable people I've had come to my home. He took every opportunity to explain everything he saw that was wrong and the options available to me. He was transparent with everything and very frank.

While this was my first time using F.F., I'll definitely use them for future services.

Made an appointment for AC repair for an 8-10am window. Waited until 11:30, nothing. No call, nothing. So I cancelled the appt. Will take my service elsewhere

Heads up to avoid FF Hitchcock from Cheshire for plumbing calls. We used them last year for a section of frozen pipe. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Called almost a year to the date for the same issue and their prices more than doubled! I thought that this couldn't possibly be correct and called to speak with them about the bill - but yes, they are now charging 200% over what they did last year. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Highly recommend. Very responsive and easy to schedule and they actually show up when they say they will! The technician who was at our home twice, for different problems, John Tarquino, was extremely knowledgeable. He managed to ascertain what was wrong and fix the problem each time he was here. No high pressure sales as others do. This will be our go to company from this point on.
