Scheduled appointment with electrician. Was told there is a fee for estimate. Confirmed the morning of. Was given 4 hour time slot. Drove 2 hours to location. Waited 4 hours. No show. Called the company, was told they have to reschedule. Did not have the decency to call me, I wasted entire day and had to call them to find out that they were not going to show up. Terrible service.

Beware of these guys! I called them to come out to unclog my kitchen sink. It was $109 just to get the guy here. He takes a look at my sink and says that it seems to be okay. Since he's here anyway I ask him how much it would cost to snake out the line and he quotes me a price of over $800. That's just insane!!! I had the same job done by another company a year ago, took about 30 minutes and cost less than $200.

Hot water heater installed 10 months ago. And after it was installed, they actually sent out another inspector to make sure everything was connected correctly. I was told everything was connected correctly. 10 months later my hot water heater stopped working. I touched the wire it came out of The hot water heater, and it caused a spark. Which, thankfully my neighbor is an electrician and he came over it and he fixed And said whoever installed, this was pretty much an idiot and did not connect the wires nor did they put a plastic cap over it so the wires were left exposed and that was causing the arc. It was probably working for 10 months because The box that the wires were contained in was metal so it was probably completing the circuit. I voiced my opinion to FF Hitchcock and just so you all If you have to deal with Jane, hang up the phone and call someone else. I was explained Anything because my electricity is from the 1970s Which I can accept. However, the system was installed. The system was inspected twice and no one in their company failed to tell me or alert me of any issues with the connection. So as far as I'm concerned if anybody is looking to use this company run!

I didn't know what to expect, and, frankly, I was somewhat skeptical--but I was desparate. FF Hitchcok proved me wrong. I was delighted with everything they did. Dennis was here about 90 minutes. Very nice. Very professional. No problems at all. We were so pleased that we signed up for a continuing contract on the spot. Their follow-up was excellent. I am so happy!
