Plumberology was assigned to fix a plumbing problem in our house by our home warranty company. A technician from Plumberology inspected the situation and told my son that he must require authorization from the warranty company to fix the problem. Instead, he reported that we had no problem. I just spoke to a manager at the warranty company who claimed that the technician lied on his report. Plumberology can not be trusted.

Plumberology was assigned by my home warranty to resolve some leaks and running water issues - that was the first time I met Boris. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the root cause and let me know my options. Several months later I encountered other issues (not related to the first leak) and was assigned another company - they unfortunately masked the issue and I had a feeling something wasn't right. I was fortunate enough that my warranty company re-assigned me Plumberology and Boris came out again. Not surprised, he was professional as always, showed me the root problem and educated me and took care of the problem. Unlike other technicians, his priority was doing the job right. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his work ethic. 10 stars!

Boris is awesome. He arrived on time and replaced our toilet with the wax ring he brought without charging us an extra. He also fixed our drain when he was there. He is amazing!

We hired Boris to install a gas line to our BBQ and fireplace. He quoted us a very fair price and was straightforward in explaining the work.

He was very professional, communicated well, and worked hard. Overall the project turned out great. He even went the extra mile and helped set up the grill and gas logs for the fireplace. He is new to Yelp and doesn't have a lot of reviews yet, but don't let that scare you off - I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
