Literally got saved by their service, AGAIN!

Christian helped me out 3 years ago for the same issue (toilets started flooding at the seams cause of clogged pipes due to roots). This time, he was able to make time for us and came at night since this all happened around 6pm. He was quick to answer his phone and had me send over all the details he needed. This isn't some voicemail number, it goes straight to him!

He came and assessed the issue and successfully unclogged our pipes. I know it was not an easy task cause we need to eventually do a big renovation on our sewer/piping system, but he was able to deliver on his end! He also offered additional options for fixing our current root problem and makes sure we see the state of our pipes by snaking through a camera. We paid total $950 for the hydrojetting of the pipes.

I called Cristian to request a quote to fix our blocked drain upstairs, and he came out the next day. Cristian was a consummate professional, he identified the blockage and cleared it quickly. Then he showed me video of our pipes and explained how another clog could happen easily due to the corrosion present, and suggested that we hydro jet the line to clean it out and keep things flowing smoothly. He charged us a fair price for the procedure and worked efficiently to clear the lines.
I would absolutely hire Cristian again, he has a tremendous work ethic and is extremely personable and easy to talk to.

So grateful for Cristian. Our toddler flushed a toy and it backed up our toilet and our shower. Cristian came out the next day, was prompt, and even texted beforehand to give me a heads up of when he'd arrive.

What we hoped would be a simple issue turned much bigger and much more difficult. Cristian stayed 4 hours and saw it through until it was fixed. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate having someone who was committed to resolving the issue. He kept me informed of the situation, including cost estimates as it turned out to be worse than we initially thought. With a baby and a toddler in the house, immensely important to have working toilets and showers. I hope to not have a plumbing issue again for a long while but EZ Sewers Rotor will be the first I call if I do.
