Ari was able to come by pretty short notice to clear a kitchen drain at the home I'm renting. It had quite the buildup from it looked like years of neglect but Ari expertly cleared the clog as well as replaced an old pipe that was badly worn. He also at no charge analyzed and fixed a water pressure issue we had for over a year now but we just thought was normal in this older home... Huge quality of life improvement!!! The price was fair I thought for the labor, quick response and expertise. Great people skills as well. All in all I'm happy with the work and will use them again in the future if I have any issues (but hopefully not!)

BEWARE! Scam of a company. Scam of a family (Father/Son). Juan began work without providing an estimate. Juan stated that his boss was at a children's birthday party and would provide an estimate later. After about an hour of work, Juan said the blockage was cleared but his line was stuck in the pipe. Juan stated his equipment was broken and he'd come back tomorrow to which we stated we needed it out today since we have customers. Juan agreed and said he would be back today with fixed or new equipment. Keep in mind, still no estimate.

Fast forward to later in the day, Juan returned only to put a fan in the bathroom to counteract the smell he had left. Spoke to numerous ""employees"" who seemed to know nothing before finally speaking to the big boss Zalman (who oddly claimed to not be the boss on a recorded call). Zalman stated that no plumbing company would be able to provide a quote for this work prior to doing the work which I disagreed with. Zalman stated that he would call one of the three plumbing companies I called earlier in the day to prove to me that his practice was the same as any other.

To his surprise. The Roto Rooter emergency agent stated they would never begin work without providing a quote to the customer. They also stated, when Zalman tried to pry a bit further that their team wouldn't be incompetent enough to get their equipment stuck in the line. Upon further prying, the Roto Rooter agent said they would not bill additionally for unexpected inconvenience they may incur after providing a quote for the work. Keep on mind, Zalman himself was the one who said he'd conference call another plumbing company to try and prove me wrong.

Stay away from these guys. They'll price gouge and potentially even break your existing plumbing to extort more money from you. Stick with one of the bigger names.†x

Nice people and I don't know the quality of work. I'm guessing it is good once they show up, I was emailing back and forth for over a month to get an appointment. My appointment was not an emergency but a week or two I was willing to wait. After a month and the texting. I'll be there and then I don't know. Then no response at all. They are too busy for new clients. If you like chasing people down to come then call these guys.
