Water running down the sidewalk in front of my house was a bad way to start the day, and it turned worse when the city water company told me the leak was on my side of the main valve. I submitted a request through Yelp and Robert contacted me within minutes. Sam was at my house within an hour, assessed the situation, got the necessary equipment and manpower, and finished the job before the end of the day. The project required digging a 6-foot hole just to get to the busted pipe, but when the crew was finished they didn't leave a trace of dirt behind. Robert and Sam were both easy to work with, and my dry sidewalk speaks to the quality of their work.

Honest service and pricing. A great find!! For instance, first plumber quoted $900(!) to replace kitchen faucet that we already bought. Ez's fee was about $250. Not only more realistic. Pat, in keeping with the difficulty of a job. First plumber said he found two leaks and we would require to have the entire house. Replumbed. Easy. Took the time to inspect carefully and determine that there were. In fact, no leaks. Nice folks as well.

Requested a bathroom drain in wall (water leaking) repair at 9:30 am and by 10:00 am they had sent out a tech to do the repairs. By 12:30 pm. Granted I had already had the dry wall removed as I was starting a bathroom remodel and had been trying to isolate the location of the leak which was the driving force for the remodel. But the tech arrived quickly, assessed the situation, purchased the required supplies and completed the repair. Thanks for the prompt attention to my emergency to fix my drain leak. I would definitely recommend them again as I may need more help completing my bathroom remodel.

Updating since I used EZ Repair again, this time for an HVAC issue. Multiple companies told me I had a blower issue. Vincent diagnosed it as a minor duct issue that was 1/10th the price of a blower repair. Glad to have saved the $ from an unnecessary fix!
