If you're in search of a reliable, respectful and professional company for all of your plumbing service needs, look no further than
EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains.
What a nice surprise finding this company. I needed a bath sink faucet and angle stops replaced. I used the Yelp service finder tool to help me get started.
First off, EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains was one of three plumbing companies to come out for a bid. I was hesitant at first to consider lining up an appointment since they didn't have any info on Yelp reviews, but did have pictures to look at prior jobs. I wanted to give an opportunity to them thinking they might be new. I'm really glad I did! They made the appointment process simple with a message to set up a call to find out more about my job and to see what fit into my schedule. After that was completed another nice touch was the text informing me of who my technician would be with their photo and how soon they would arrive. I also appreciated getting a call to get the work done earlier than my scheduled appointment.

Professional and smiley, I immediately felt a connection with technician Miguel that I hadn't felt with the other companies.
Miguel discovered a few additional problems going on in the wall and offered his advice and possible solutions. One of the issues would require wall cutting and is something that we could address in a future renovation of that bathroom. I really appreciated the info and the room wasn't in any danger of flooding(basically it could wait til later).
During the job, Phil the owner showed up and we discussed some possible future plumbing and construction needs. EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains has another branch named Overhaul Construction and we will definitely consider them for bids in the future.
When the job was complete, the quality, professionalism and tidiness of Miguels work was excellent. I will continue to trust EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains with all our plumbing needs.
