I am a renter. I had a problem with my toilet, so I called my landlord -- a large and well known property management company -- and they hired Eric at EZ Plumbing to fix it. Eric was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. He arrived at the promised time, calling 20 minutes beforehand to let me know that he was on the way. He told me what he was going to replace before he did the work, and he worked quickly. After he left, I discovered another, minor issue with the toilet. I texted him and he graciously came back later the same day to fix that issue without complaint. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good plumber.
