Percy is the best. He is honest and very helpful. The rooter hero was going to charge me alot of money for the camera snaking but EZ Plumbing was nice enough to do the camera and told me it wasn't a problem and boy he is so honest. I would definitely go with him again. It's hard to find a geniune person in this business so Kudos for your honest work.

Very disappointed, have a clogged garage sink and it is leaking. Called in the am and was told they would come around 2:30, no show, no phone call. I finally texted them at 6:30 and when they called me back, I was told they showed up at the door and knocked, there is a very loud doorbell if you push the button. Someone was home. But I at least expect a phone call.

These guys were great. Did our sewer lateral on very short notice, worked over the weekend to get it done in time for other construction work to follow. Done in 2 days, fair price, complete with certificates. Have no complaints and would call them again. Thank you!

tl;dr - terrible communication, wasted half my Saturday.

I called and set up an appointment to install a home water filtration system. They asked me to text my address to their phone number. I did and asked for a confirmation on the appointment. No confirmation came. I called back for a confirmation. Confirmed.

Cut to the weekend. I waited for an hour at my home for the appointment. I called and left a message and texted asking if they were coming. ""Plumber on his way,"" was the text back. I waited for a couple of hours. The plumber never came. Maybe they're awesome plumbers - I don't know. That's just lousy communication and detail-sweating.

I've had the pleasure of using EZ plumbing a couple of times! The first time they came out and replaced my water heater that was not working. The second time I called with an emergency at 8:00pm and someone was at my house 30 minutes later! Fast service, reliable and very economic! I will use EZ Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday morning, in which the toilet was backing up into the shower! It was not a pleasant situation by any means!!! This company was the only company out of about five who claimed they had 24 hour service who called back and came on time. They fixed the issue immediately, which turned out to be the flushable toddler wipes...can't use them with septic tanks!!! They had to use an 80 foot snake to get all them out! Price was a little steep, so for about an hour they charged 325$ but I feel okay about it, especially it was an emergency situation, with the shower flooded with yucky waste!!! And desperate times call for desperate measures! They did come to my rescue!

Percy is great! He's always available if you leave a message he always returns it within a reasonable time. He has been to my home a handful of times to repair sewer drains, clogged tub, old toilets, etc. Very quick, efficient, and funny. I definitely reccomend calling Percy to help if your looking for someone trustworthy in your home that won't overcharge you.
