I always use Yelp to find reliable contractors to work on my house projects. This week, I had issue with my plumbing and Yelp connected me with 4-5 plumbing company. EZ was one of them. After several back and forth messages, the appointment was set. All information needed was sent. And on the same day, I received an confirmation email. However, on the day of the appointment nobody came. I sent another message to know what happened and I can see the message said 'read'. No response. Not a reliable company to set an appointment with. I would recommend to move to the next one on the list.

We had long-term problems with all of our pipes, old cast-iron built in 1966. I have paid at least 4 different plumbers to come out frequently, and all they do is snake it and works for maybe 3 months. Izzy responded to my message immediately and came out the same day. He was obviously incredibly well-trained with a wealth of knowledge. He found the root cause of the problem, no pun intended- which was roots growing into my pipes. He didn't recommend replacing all the pipes, he replaced part of the pip in the front yard and cleared out all the roots. He spent all day at my house and the price was amazingly low. My only complaint is I don't want you all reading this because then you may hire him also and then he'll be too busy to come fix plumbing at my house on the same day :)

Izzy came out to give a quote, 2 days after I reached out. 5 days later the work was completed, as per the quote and he was very clear in explaining what was needed/done. I would recommend EZ Plumbing and will use them again.

Great service and no ""nickel and dime"" of estimate. Send a picture and he stands by the cost of repair. Very rare in the post Covid age. Way better than Roto Rooter.

Did a good job but I felt that I was overcharged. Would recommend getting multiple bids before selecting EZ Plumbing. And be aware of incremental costs that increase the price of the project. A plus is that they were able to take care of my plumbing issue in a timely manner and on the weekend. Appreciated that.

Isidoro to the rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and it took almost 5 days to get anyone to respond. Once I did get responses the labor was outrageous most of the bids were over $1800 in labor alone. I had already gotten the approval of the water heater company to replace mine under warranty -so I truly only needed labor. He was beyond fair, prompt, and went over and above to handle my project. They explained all of the extra parts that were needed after his initial labor quote by giving me a complete understanding of how to bring my project up to code. He was very diligent in making sure the space was cleaned and taken care of prior to them leaving the job site as well. It was lovely to chat with him about his family and you can see his overall dedication to his trade by being honest and fair. Thank you, EZ! You are being highly recommended.
