I was looking for a plumber in LA to fix a sewer issue at my house. I was referred over to EZ Plumbing by a friend who also had a great experience.

I got multiple quotes, and EZ Plumbing was by far the most competitive. They started their work immediately and took care of the job very quickly and professionally.

After having a couple of bad experiences with plumbers in the past, it is refreshing to finally have an honest company that stands by its work. Thanks again!

The worst plumbing company I ever deal with.
Unprofessional, the technician didn't know what he was doing...He didn't had all equipment required for the job.He sent all the wrong information and caused me to having my water heater warranty been void...
His supervisor called in, he was as dumb as his technician,even he backed up his technician (dumb & dumber)and keep telling me it is all the venting issue and they won't check water heater issue till I fix it. According to both of them the venting was not by the code,which after calling 5 times to manufacturing company and sending a picture they changed it and said ""oh it was a mistake venting it is by the code""..

Mason was great! Highly professional, hard working, and did a wonderful job -- my toilet works again and he even most graciously cleaned up the mess after the job. Mason made a recommendation for a higher pressure toilet. And he agreed to run a camera through the pipes to determine the extent of disrepair free of charge. But, in the end the problems are probably because the building and its pipes are far too old.

Their prices are reasonable and fair. The place was a disaster because of the backup and the company efficiently and quickly handled the matter. I am happy with their service, would use them again, and would recommend them to a friend.

I have an older home with a lot of trees, so I need to snake my pipes about every 12 months. I received a good coupon for $50 to snake my clean outs with a free camera inspection. So last Thursday I called EZ Plumbing to snake my 2 clean outs. Initially they were great! They came out that day, and on time. The two plumbers were both very friendly and courteous. They snaked my clean outs, and then left. But then.....on Sunday (3 DAYS later) when I ran my dishwasher, the water started backing up into my shower again. I called Mike, first thing Monday morning, and explained to him that the guys didn't solve the problem, and asked if he'd send them back to my home. He was defensive and RUDE and said that they do not warranty jobs where they make a ""recommendation"". So essentially they DO NOT WARRANTY their work.

They get you by their initial low rates. But once they're in your house, they have many other recommendations and were constantly UPSELLING me to pay for a $600 hydrojet, redo my plumbing, etc.

All I wanted them to do was to snake my pipes. As I mentioned earlier, I know I have an older home and roots do grow into my pipes, but every other plumber has been able to snake and solve my problem (albeit for at least 12 mos).

Now I have to hire another plumber to come out and finish an easy job that ""Un-EZ"" Plumbing could not handle.

I own a 4 unit apartment building in NOHO, and I was called by my tenant that the drain in the toilet and tub were clogged up. I called EZ Plumbing and they came right away. The plumber explained that he needed to snake the main sewer line and that was gonna cost me $99. I agreed. 30 min later he called me to tell me that was a bunch of tree roots and wipes in it. The thing is there's no trees near my pipes. My tenant went to look and told me he had pulled out 1 small wipe and a piece of twig. The plumber called me again and told me I needed a jet cleaning and that was gonna cost me $399. I agreed to have it done. About an hour later he called me to tell me my main pipe had collapsed and that I needed to change it and put a new drain. This was gonna cost me$2600. They did all they could to scare me and told me my whole building was gonna back up with sewer. At this point all pipes were functioning normal. The called me again and again till I agreed to the job. As the time went by ; I started feeling uneasy about the whole thing and called them and canceled the work. I called again to fix a leaky faucet, the technician called me to tell me my faucet couldn't be fix that I needed a new and was gonna cost me about $400, the original price to fix it was $191. I told him I didn't have the money to change it, so he said well maybe I can temporarily fix it for the one $191. I agreed. The tenant called me immediately after he left and told me the technician never fixed the faucet and that was still leaking. I called him back and told him I wouldn't honor a payment because he didn't fix the faucet. The next day looked in my credit card website and found that they had charge my credit card for a leaky faucet he never fixed. I called the owner and he screamed at me and totally defended a job they did not performed. He went on telling me his technician tried and it was not his problem if the faucet continued leaking. Beware of this guys, the owners literally bully me on the phone. Bad bad business. I do not recommend them and beware if you give them a credit card over the phone. He ran my credit card without my consent. They don't even deserve one star. They ripped me off.

I was looking for a great plumber and found Mike. He arrived right on time, was very friendly and worked efficiently. This is a great company because of their work ethic and genuine interest in their customers. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend this company as there are communication and trust issues. They left me worse off than before. Will have to bring in another plumber and get the job done right.
