I own a 4 unit apartment building in NOHO, and I was called by my tenant that the drain in the toilet and tub were clogged up. I called EZ Plumbing and they came right away. The plumber explained that he needed to snake the main sewer line and that was gonna cost me $99. I agreed. 30 min later he called me to tell me that was a bunch of tree roots and wipes in it. The thing is there's no trees near my pipes. My tenant went to look and told me he had pulled out 1 small wipe and a piece of twig. The plumber called me again and told me I needed a jet cleaning and that was gonna cost me $399. I agreed to have it done. About an hour later he called me to tell me my main pipe had collapsed and that I needed to change it and put a new drain. This was gonna cost me$2600. They did all they could to scare me and told me my whole building was gonna back up with sewer. At this point all pipes were functioning normal. The called me again and again till I agreed to the job. As the time went by ; I started feeling uneasy about the whole thing and called them and canceled the work. I called again to fix a leaky faucet, the technician called me to tell me my faucet couldn't be fix that I needed a new and was gonna cost me about $400, the original price to fix it was $191. I told him I didn't have the money to change it, so he said well maybe I can temporarily fix it for the one $191. I agreed. The tenant called me immediately after he left and told me the technician never fixed the faucet and that was still leaking. I called him back and told him I wouldn't honor a payment because he didn't fix the faucet. The next day looked in my credit card website and found that they had charge my credit card for a leaky faucet he never fixed. I called the owner and he screamed at me and totally defended a job they did not performed. He went on telling me his technician tried and it was not his problem if the faucet continued leaking. Beware of this guys, the owners literally bully me on the phone. Bad bad business. I do not recommend them and beware if you give them a credit card over the phone. He ran my credit card without my consent. They don't even deserve one star. They ripped me off.

I was looking for a great plumber and found Mike. He arrived right on time, was very friendly and worked efficiently. This is a great company because of their work ethic and genuine interest in their customers. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend this company as there are communication and trust issues. They left me worse off than before. Will have to bring in another plumber and get the job done right.

Extremely disappointed. $500 charge for a warranty visit on a water heater EZ installed. Clearly good advantage of a female. Asked to leave replaced parts and they refused. Should have checked Angies List first.

Steve did a drain cleaning today and was friendly and fast. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because they showed up earlier than the given time frame and with no 30-minute head's up as stated at the time of booking. Overall, this is a good company that I will use in the future.

I use EZ Plumbing for everything. All of their plumbers and very nice and courteous and get the job done right the first time. I've talked to Leonard on the phone and had Mike, Gabriel, Ryan, Robert and Steve out to my place. They are very tech-savvy when it comes to scheduling and record-keeping. Thank you EZ!

These guys were pretty amazing. It was not an easy job to say the least. but they came together and got the work done.
They replaced my hot water heater and did a bunch of re pipe work and installed a new pressure regulator. Mike was very knowledgeable about what was and wasn't up to code so I felt very confident having him there to supervise the gig.
And there was also a really nice guy named Steve who was just a work horse, he never stopped working and was very patient with a lot of my questions.
One thing I noticed was no matter how much work needed to be done they never had bad attitudes and with me that goes a long way . Not to mention the water pressure is now amazing

I will defiantly be using EZ again for all my plumbing jobs.

Yesterday my kitchen faucet literally exploded in my face! I got one of the mailers which, frankly, I usually toss only two days ago. EZ sent out Javier a great guy and excellent plumber. He took care of it for less than I had expected. Thanks, EZ Plumbing! Great job.
