""Sorry I'm booked for the next month I'll take a pass"". So unprofessional of him. One, not to confirm our appointment (or cancel), and 2, could have met us for appt. and scheduled work later. Never asked!
Really doesn't want business... what a joke!
Mary R.very nice man. very conscientious. installed a cleancut convertible tub to shower kit for me. now my sister who is in wheelchair can use shower as a walkin. tub cover is airtight and converts back to tub when needed. thing is, I thought I would have to spend tons of money and wouldn't be able to help sis, but Ramiro actually suggested this fix. very patient waiting while I gathered funds. very prompt with responses. takes pride in his work.
