Isaac has been helping us out for a few years now. He was able to help us with projects at our previous house and was there to help out when we bought a new home. He's done everything from installing appliances to fixing plumbing issues and everything else in between. He's always honest and pricing is fair. He's definitely our go to guy!

This Company in Beaumont did not return my initial phone call the early part of August and finally decided to return phone call when they got back from vacation. The Handyman Isaac Hernandez came to my home and we went through all my concerns about the jobs to be done. We agreed on a price of the work to be done in different areas of the house and he agreed to everything. Thursday, I called to confirm my appointment that he had given me of Saturday 8/12 and his wife and him that operate the business never returned my phone call, never returned my text. They just ghosted the job, so beware!

I hired EZ handyman and Plumbing to do several projects around my house from installing a new laundry sink and faucet , mounting two televisions, replacing closet doors, updating my front and side door knobs and among other things. First and foremost, Isaac was amazing to work with. He is extremely professional and went out of his way to accommodate all my request and to ensure I was satisfied with his work. His prices are beyond reasonable which I truly appreciated and I'm so thankful that I was able to locate him on Yelp. If you're looking to hire someone with confidence that the work your hiring them to do will get done and be right the first time. I did get a quote to mount a shower head, we discussed a leakage in the dink, mom 86, injured and on wheelchair, explained to Dominique the dispatcher who was Rudd from the beginning and has a demanding tone, when they arrived Dominique prevented the installation stating that couldn't t reach me to approve additional cost, I'm in healthcare and can't be on my phone, yet no call or message of text. Repair undone, called again she says we lost their time snd now I have to prepay over 400 dlls fro
Initial quote just to fix a sink faucet and install an already provided shower head, then I though I'll get an estimate for mirror and toilet, tried to Ralf to this dispatcher again. She quoted me over $1400. Hundred, then I think how much to remodel the whole bathroom. She is controlling and wants me to call her again and again even there id no answer, finally talk snd she says they don't need to take bathroom dimensions and she knows the cost but never gave md a $ amount, then she wants to be right snd argue, then she decides she doesn't need our business, I did ask iz she owns the place ( I already know she doesn't, an owner values their customers) she didng tell me then I ssid she's an obstacle to the actual crew that does the work, I am an educated proffessional, I have an accent, I feel discriminated, even though I had paid for st least 2 other proyects, she use to be profesional

If you are looking for a friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced handyman, look no further! EZ Handyman and Plumbing Services is the BEST! Isaac came to our rescue when we discovered a water stain in the downstairs bedroom ceiling due to a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Our home warranty required that we use a different plumber, we called Isaac back to do a number of other needed repairs from replacing the damaged ceiling panel to installing new bathroom vanity to installing ceiling fans, and more. His prices were fair and he (and his brother George) completed the work quickly, cleanly, and with a positive, ""can do"" attitude. Isaac is our new go-to guy for any additional planned and unplanned work.

We are so happy with EZ Handyman and Plumbing!! We needed to have our cracked kitchen sink replaced. Unfortunately, it was an under mount sink embedded in the granite. We had a few plumbers look at the job and they told us to call a contractor. They said the granite would crack and they didn't think they could do it. We called Isaac at EZ and he seemed pretty confident he could do the job. He made a plan with his brother, George and even called in his cousin Steve, a granite specialist, they got the job done and no cracked granite! The replacement sink we got from the manufacturer was too narrow and the company didn't in the correct size for us to use. Isaac, George and Steve gave us a few options and we chose the drop-in cast iron sink and we are thrilled! They were flexible, amiable and a pleasure to have in our home. We will use them again and again!

Isaac the owner and his brother did an excellent job installing two new toilets, a shower head, bathtub faucet and new knob. I was really pleased with the work they did. He is meticulous and gets the job done and doesn't leave until it's finished. He did such an awesome job that I asked him to come back and replace my irrigation system in the front and backyard. Overall extremely pleased with his workmanship, he was on time both times and he is very thorough. I highly recommend him for any odds and end type jobs you have that you can't or don't want to do yourself.
