We're remodeling our guest bath. Part of the transformation was to change the vanity from a double sink to a single. This required some professional plumbing work. The water and drain lines need to be re-routed to match the set up for the new vanity. The ones that were no longer in use needed to be capped off. We sought out a couple of quotes. Emilio was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone after we discussed what we needed done. EZ Flow was lower than the other, by a decent amount. Not only were they less expensive but their service and quality of work were outstanding. Emilio was a great communicator and kept me informed as to when they would arrive and they were right on time and right on the price quoted. He and his associate did a great job and were great communicators the whole time. I have found a new plumbing company and will recommend them to any and everyone!

When I opened the door to the plumber, I had a poor interaction with him and I sent the plumber away.

I'm glad this happened though because I ended up finding a highly rated competitor who charges much less for the same service I needed.

EZ Flow overcharges for their services. Unclogging the plumbing is about $300 at EZ Flow. I found a highly rated competitor that does the same thing but for half the price and had a good experience with them.


I won't be using EZ Flow again. I would give a one star rating, but the owner/manager called me to apologize for the plumber, which was really considerate.

We had a leak of unknown source in our bathroom sending water out in multiple directions under the tile and eventually into carpeted areas. Theo and Paul came out to take a look and arrived exactly on time as per the appointment, checked out the area, and then discussed options for stopping and repairing what turned out to be a slab leak.

The job took two days to stop the leak, and then to restore normal water service to the affected area, but they worked very well, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves as well as could be done given the difficult nature of the job.

I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing for any work that needs to be completed, they are easy to work with, punctual, friendly, highly competent, and take the normal COVID precautions if that is of great concern. It's nice to know that should we have another issue, I know exactly who I will be calling for help.

Good service, but I've gotta be honest here, they are too expensive.

These folks were responsive, professional, and provided solid work and service with a recently clogged drain. Given I didn't have time to check with more plumbers, I went with these guys as they were simply to be at the "top of the list." And I didn't have time to shop around as much as I normally would.

However, after a recent unrelated plumbing issue, I did do just that. Not only for a water heater repair but also asked about the work they performed. In each case, it was very clear these folks were easily the most expensive of all of the quotes. In some cases, by hundreds of dollars.

For this next plumbing service, I did go with another company, who provided comparable service, for much less. Bottom line, nothing wrong with the work, but they are over-priced. Which I suspect is a demand-related premium due to the positive reviews. Which unfortunately is a bit short-sighted.

Very professional and knowledgeable service. Installed a Pelican water softener alternative, which is not a common request. Emilio took time to explain everything to me after installation, which was much appreciated.

These guys are great! Came to look at a shower project, in masks, told us what we were missing to do the job and where to get it. We got the missing parts ASAP and they came right back the same day and got the job done. Will definitely use them again.

Needed a water heater installed and contacted EZ Flow based on their reviews here and other sites. Came out at the specified time for a quote and they were significantly more reasonable than most of the other quotes I received. They were able to come out the next day (a Saturday even) and completed the work quickly at the quoted price, with a quality water heater, and bringing everything up to code. They even answered all my annoying questions while they worked. I hope I don't need a plumber's services again soon, but if I do I'll use them again.

Emilio did a great job! Excellent work at a competitive price. Will definitely call on them again, if needed. But, to be honest I hope I don't need them again for a while... :-) If I do, EZ flow will be my first call.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and were told by another plumber that it was going to cost thousands of dollars to tunnel under our house to fix. We called EZ Flow for a second opinion, and they were able to diagnose and address the issue for next to nothing. Honest, professional service. Plus, our serviceman wore a mask, which is always appreciated.

We moved into a new home and tried to install our washer, the back up drain wasn't set up properly so there wasn't room for the hoes and Theo came out extended the back drain line and installed a new pan. He even check to make sure there was no obstruction in the drain. Theo also made sure everything was running properly. He has came to our rescue before and always saves the day.
