We had a leak behind drywall. Nothing too complicated, but I appreciated that they were able to reply quickly, schedule me in quickly (a matter of hours), arrive when they said, and follow proper social distancing. Good service call.

Very unimpressed!!! We have 2 water heaters and the one for the upstairs wasn't sending hot water. We made an appointment on Tuesday for a Friday morning. They never showed so we called and they "lost our appointment". They showed up after 2. Looked at the water heater and said "yep you need a new one" . They didn't even come inside to see the problem!!! They then tell us they have to go get a new heater and will be back in an hour but they shut off the water to that heater. While they were gone my husband was checking the water and come to find out they turned off the STILL WORKING HEATER. Again never came inside to check! When they showed up we told them they made a mistake and by that time our other heater decided to work. The repair man said "this is Friday. Guess we fixed it when we turned it off" . They charged us for a repair and left. We will not be using this company when the heater truly dies!

Emilio called in advance to be sure what was needed/expected. He & helper arrived as planned, went right to work. finished in 2 hours (had allotted 4 hours w water off to all 12 condos in my building). No mess, everything put back & cleaned up.

Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. Everything that they replace was done like they were doing it for them selves. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that may arise. Our kitchen sink clogged up and the usual fixes did not help. We are working from home with little time to spare searching and reaching out to plumbers. I am so grateful for this company and their efficiency. They were at my house, wearing face masks and following distancing standards. Theo and Ryan are professional men and are straight shooters. When my son and girlfriend moved in during this pandemic, one of the things that changed was the fact that they love to cook vegetables and rice dishes. Yep, my kitchen sink began to back up when running the water for any length. I found myself running the garbage disposal whenever I ran the water--and finally had enough when plunging didn't work so, I came here to search for help. EZ Flow responded to my request right away to let me know they could stop by the next morning. Theo and Ryan called and arrived on time...and within just a few minutes gave me one less frustration to deal with. Theo took the time afterwards to explain what to avoid putting down the disposal given that my new sink has a lower pressure water system than the old types. I'm thankful and really grateful for their service and professionalism!

We needed to connect our new stove to the gas line. It was very easy to make an appointment. Very friendly receptionist. Emilio came on time, very friendly and easy to talk to.
