Called Bill and he sent a crew out the next day. They arrived at the time I was told. The two plumbers started in the area we had seen high water. The leak appeared to be coming from our spr system. While there they checked our pressure, cut off our sprinkler system and checked our house for the upcoming freeze. All at no cost.

We have been using Ez Flow for years and feel they're the best in town.

Fantastic experience! I called seven plumbers because my water heater wasn't working and only EZ Flow could come out same day, not only that but they arrived within an hour of my call. I thought I needed a new water heater but they were able to re-light it and told me it was fine. The crazy part is they wouldn't let me pay them for a service charge! Mo and Henry did an excellent job installing the connections for our water softener and drain, including the pre filter and bypass. At first I could not fit the drain line to the drain they provided but Bill came the very next day to make it right. I connected the water softener this evening and everything works well without any leaks!

Terrance, the professional, who came to do the repair, gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. He showed up right on schedule. Terrance was able to diagnose the issue right away and performed the necessary repair. He also gave me a lot of helpful tips and recommendations which I thought was amazing.
