A water line outside our house busted. We knew we had a leak close to our house because we saw the wet spot in our yard plus our water bill almost quadrupled. The plumber was thorough and found and additional leak by the water main on the water company's side as well. They responded to my message through Yelp within 5 minutes and because it wasn't an emergency and I contacted them Friday evening, I was ok with them waiting until the following week to come out. The pipe was repaired by lunch on Monday. The guy that came out was friendly and professional. They were much more reasonably priced than the other quotes we got as well.

Had a plumbing issue at a rental house. I looked on yelp and called EZ flow. The dispatcher said someone would call me back in just a few to go over what I needed. Within 5 minutes I got a call back. I had a Shutoff valve under a kitchen sink leaking heavily as well as the kitchen faucet was dripping badly. He reviewed the details of what I needed and said they had a crew they could send out right then for 200 dollars even. Within an hour and a half...I got a call the job was done. He reminded me if I had any issues with the repair within 30 days they would come back and fix it free. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. Fast service, good work, competitive pricing.....exactly what you want when you are in a bind and need a plumber. I will certainly use them again!

I'm really pleased that I found EZ-Flow in my neighborhood! I was dealing with a relatively minor issue, a dripping bath tub faucet that had become a major annoyance, but which I couldn't fix myself for I had neither the tools nor the know-how. EZ-Flow sent a very nice young service technician out to my house which is over 60 years old with fixtures that date back to probably the time the home was constructed. I was amazed that the technician was knowledgeable enough to not only quickly fix the problem, but to also know where to obtain the exact same faucets that were no longer available on the market. I know because I went to Lowe's myself to look for them. - Being an older widowed lady, I'm always leery about getting taken advantage of, but the cost of the repair and parts were absolutely reasonable and fair. Donna at the office was precious and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns about the job. I will definitely keep the company in mind for any plumbing issues I may have in the future, and I would gladly recommend them with a well deserved thumbs up.

Christopher C. came to fix a few minor issues with our toilets this morning. He was on time, wore a mask during the whole visit, and was very efficient with the job. He also was one of the nicest tradesmen I've ever met. Christopher was very personable and made a plumbing job feel like visiting with a friend. We will definitely request him if we have any plumbing issues in the future!

Woke up early in the morning to my attic water heater severely leaking water into the ceiling and adjacent walls. A total nightmare. I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

Excellent service today with Todd. He gave us an estimated time of 1 - 2pm. He called at 10:30 and was on the way! Not used to having a plumber arrive EARLIER than expected! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pinpointed our issue immediately. He was done by 1:45 pm after having to cut into our wall, go and get parts, etc. We also loved the upfront pricing!

I had a plumbing emergency tonight at 10:30pm on a Friday. A pipe burst and the bottom floor of the house was flooding. I am home by myself so I felt additional stress knowing nothing about plumbing. We called EZ-Flow and BJ came out within 20 minutes. While traumatizing, we are now good to go. Thank you so much BJ!!!!!

Amazed. Fast, friendly service. We had a full house clog snaked a week ago. That was a Sunday night and the service was cheaper than I expected. I really don't thing they charged for off hours. Nothing came out on the end of the snake, so we knew that roots or whatever the problem was might return ... in which event we were prepared to pay for the camera snake. It did happen again today. He suggested that instead of the pricey camera that we try to just snake it one more time which he did successfully. His charge: ZERO! Sunday afternoon in a cold rain! I was amazed!
