I just purchased a house in Mobile AL!! After the inspection, I had possible leaks in the bathrooms. New to the area, I Yelp projected the leak and EZ was who I selected after seeing their many quality reviews.. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!! Found out there wasn't even a leak! Easy breezy! Thanks a lot.. I'm really pleased that I found EZ-Flow in my neighborhood! I was dealing with a relatively minor issue, a dripping bath tub faucet that had become a major annoyance, but which I couldn't fix myself for I had neither the tools nor the know-how. EZ-Flow sent a very nice young service technician out to my house which is over 60 years old with fixtures that date back to probably the time the home was constructed. I was amazed that the technician was knowledgeable enough to not only quickly fix the problem, but to also know where to obtain the exact same faucets that were no longer available on the market. I know because I went to Lowe's myself to look for them. - Being an older widowed lady, I'm always leery about getting taken advantage of, but the cost of the repair and parts were absolutely reasonable and fair. Donna at the office was precious and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns about the job. I will definitely keep the company in mind for any plumbing issues I may have in the future, and I would gladly recommend them with a well deserved thumbs up.

Had a plumbing issue at a rental house. I looked on yelp and called EZ flow. The dispatcher said someone would call me back in just a few to go over what I needed. Within 5 minutes I got a call back. I had a Shutoff valve under a kitchen sink leaking heavily as well as the kitchen faucet was dripping badly. He reviewed the details of what I needed and said they had a crew they could send out right then for 200 dollars even. Within an hour and a half...I got a call the job was done. He reminded me if I had any issues with the repair within 30 days they would come back and fix it free. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. Fast service, good work, competitive pricing.....exactly what you want when you are in a bind and need a plumber. I will certainly use them again!

Woke up early in the morning to my attic water heater severely leaking water into the ceiling and adjacent walls. A total nightmare. I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They came out to our house quickly to diagnose our plumbing issue, and they maintained good communication throughout the whole process. They explained things very well and were very up front about cost, which was reasonable. Todd in particular was very professional and did great work. We would use them again.

Excellent service today with Todd. He gave us an estimated time of 1 - 2pm. He called at 10:30 and was on the way! Not used to having a plumber arrive EARLIER than expected! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pinpointed our issue immediately. He was done by 1:45 pm after having to cut into our wall, go and get parts, etc. We also loved the upfront pricing!

We called for an appointment on Thursday night because they are """"open 24 hours"""" and we were told to call in the morning. We called at 7:45am on Friday morning and explained that we had important plans at noon that we couldn't break so we needed someone ASAP. We were told that someone would be there by 10am. At 10:45 we called again and the office manager told us the technician would be calling us soon. At 11:30 the technician called and said he could be there at 1pm. We told him it wouldn't work out, and he said we had to call the office to reschedule. We called the office manager AGAIN and she assured us that someone would be at our house at 8am Saturday morning (today). No one showed so at 9:30am we called the office again. The office manager (a different one this time) said he'd call the technician to see where he is. At 10:08am the technician calls my husband and says there's a miscommunication because everyone's schedule is booked up today, so we'd have to wait until Monday. They pushed us off for TWO DAYS and yet still spent 5 minutes trying to convince my husband to keep an appointment for Monday. Meanwhile, our weekend plans have been wrecked and we STILL don't have a working bathroom

We called EZ Flow plumbing first thing in the morning for a clogged sewer line. They showed up the same day, explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimate that was reasonable. The guys that came out were professional and courteous and they did a great job. When they finished up, the bill was exactly what they said it was going to be. I will not hesitate to make EZ Flow my first call for plumbing problems in the future!
