He came over and gave us an estimate.
Great price, we scheduled an appointment.
He returned with an assistant on time as scheduled. We needed to replace all our out- dated valves & some pipes in the kitchen & bathroom. Plus, we replaced 2 faucets.
In less than 3 hours everything was completed.
They were professional & clean.
I even have a 1 year warranty.
Brian is a very ethical & professional person.

I'm so thankful for this guy! He really came and saved the day! I own a salon in Corona and the water line blew on one of my shampoo bowls and I had to turn off the main water line. I had clients with color on there hair I needed water ASAP and I called 4 plumbers and they all said they could come in the morning!
But Brian came to help me! He was done for the day because this happened at 5:00 but he said he would still come out to make sure I could at least have one shampoo bowl working!
I appreciate customer service like this because it never happens anymore!

Brian and Jeremy came out and dug up my front yard to put in a new sewer line and a new water line. They gave us an estimate, told us when they would be there, showed up and did the job. The sewer/water was only off part of the day, then everything worked again. The next day the city inspector showed up late and they filled in the ditch the following day, smoothed the law and re-attached the sprinklers. And their quote was 60 percent of their competitors'.

Brian and EZFlow were great. Our sewers were backed up. He had been here 4 years ago, and had recalled that visit(+). He carefully explained as we moved from the simple 100-150 foot snake, to a more expensive hydro pressure attempt(+). Brain was careful to explain the reality and his attempt s to correct(+).

Finally he knew how to break the news(+). We needed new sewer lines. This was expensive and he knew how to break it to me. He showed me the damage with cameras, to existing 57 year old CLAY pipes, gnarled down under a huge sycamore tree and roots system. He was gonna do this now or later, but we were not gonna survive long.

He helped me understand the work, and he gave me an estimate. Extremely competitive based on some research with HomeAdvisors. We quickly went into contract. very easy dealings. Then the work.

They did a great job as it was more difficult than they imagined. They kept communicating, and ended up spending extra time to get things tidied up before they called it complete, Digging, new lines, the fill, everything was top notch,

I recommend them to anyone. they get it done.

Brian from EZ flow was easy to contact. He immediately replied to my request for a quote and came out the next day. We had a water main leak and his quote was cheaper than the city's quote. The job was completed as scheduled. The yard also looks like it had barely been bothered. We will definitely call EZ Flow again.
