I hired E Z Flow Plumbing to do an expensive job and to repair a shower in the house. They got the expensive job done but messed up my landscape and a hard scape pathway. The shower was unusable for 5 months! I was patient because Brian said he would be back to take care of all the issues. It's been 10 months and he hasn't returned the landscape or pathway back to it's original condition. He fixed a pipe in the shower head but didn't install the shower head. He left a shower head that was the cheapest and so unlike the rest of my house. I complained, he said he would get something else but didn't. I got tired of calling and I'm very irritated with how he left my property.

We needed a few small things done (install new garbage disposal and faucet in kitchen and repair guest shower shut-off) but they came and gave us the estimate, then came back the next day and did the work. Some places we called didn't seem interested in such small jobs or they were far more expensive. Brian and his associate Jordan were professional and quick and they were super affordable. We will definitely be calling on them again when other plumbing issues arise.

Do not use them. I called and Brian and co-worker came late that night and looked at my bathroom sink and scheduled for next day at 4:30pm. Quoted me $225. 4:30pm next day they don't show up. at 5pm i text him and he says he's on another job and cant come. will call me later/ Never called so i called R & B Plumbing and they said they could come in two days. Randy called me the next day to confrim and showed up on time and fixed my sink for only $180!!! DO not use Ez plumbing. Do your self a favor and call a REAL company. R & B Plumbing and ask fro RANDY and GARY!!!

Spoke with Brian and he came out and gave us an honest service. Being a corporate business professionalism, appearance and knowledge is a must. These guys have it. My toilet system stopped working they quoted me for a brand new system and toilet. However they always try to fix the problem before replacing. This time it was an easy fix. I was not charged for the new toilet and saved a lot of money. EZ flow was the only one who called me back to give me updates as to ordering parts and pieces etc.

I called the few (5) who were ranked top by yelp and Brian was the only one who was willing to address my problem and give me a solution.

Without a question my go to from now on!!!!!

Great work! We had an emergency last night and Brian came out around 8pm. He fixed the leak we had in the wall. He didn't charge us an after hour charge like other plumbers quoted over the phone. I found my plumber and already have his info to everyone in my family just in case.

I just moved into a house and my shower only ran boiling hot. I tried to adjust the water heater and that didn't help so I looked up local plumber in riverside and they came up so I gave them a call. Anyway Brian and Jordan came out and were very helpful, they showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for me. The best thing was that they had the tools/ part i needed on their truck and the problem was solved in less than an hour. Highly recommended, really nice guys. I would definitely use them for any plumbing needs. Thanks Brian and Jordan!

Plumbers, I think not. Might as well call Super Mario Brothers, they probably know more about fixing a clog then these guys. So we had a problem with a clog in our toilets which appeared to be an issues with our main drain. Keep in mind we are celebrating our sons 3year birthday party the following day, so not having a toilet is a very bad situation. These clowns couldn't even find the wash out! Really, you got to be kidding me right? By the way the wash was under the bath room sink like 90% of the houses out there. So they gave my wife some BS story about going thru the roof, etc, ect... so they leave without fixing our issue. We decide to get a 2nd opinion called Green Life, they came out at 8pm found the wash out, snaked it, and pretty much saved they day. I highly recommend contacting someone other than EZ Flow plumbing, unless you want to get taking for a expensive ride. Go with Green Life, they'll take care of your issues.

In regards to your comments Brian from EZ Flow, this had nothing to do with a declined insurance claim. Your company failed to locate the washout, correct? So because of this you told my wife that you would need to run a pipe through my roof which was not covered. So not only would I have had to pay you for a job that was unnecessary I would have also had to pay for a roof repair. Instead of you and your company being accountable for a bad service call, you decide to post a comment that is not accurate. Again if you would have found the washout like Greenlife did you would have been able to preform the needed service which was covered by my insurance. For this reason I would not recommend your company to anyone looking for a plumber.

GREAT SERVICE! The owner Brian is a personable and professional service oriented person. I live in an older home that has large trees in front yard. They ran a video camera down my clay pipe sewer and found no root problems. All for free! He gave me bids on some other plumbing projects while he was here.

Brian from EZ Flow Plumbing was recommended to my husband since we did not know any plumber in our area. He came to our house the same day, even though it was late, and immediately found the problem(we had a leak in our downstairs hallway right below where my laundry room was)the next day, he not only fixed the leak problem, but also was able to fix our other plumbing issues immediately! Very professional, promt, clear, courteous and knowledgable and answered all of our plumbing questions. Their pricing was very reasonable too! I highly recommend EZ Flow to my friends, family and coworkers. I can say that EZ Flow Plumbing will be taking care of our plumbing needs from now on. Thank you!
