We had this awful - sudden - leak in our front yard water main. After having our typical plumber come out and quote us an estimate of $4000 to have the yard dig up to replace ALL piping leading to the house - I had to get a second opinion. I called EZ Plumbing and Mike Cantrell showed up less than an hour later! Talk about service! Not only did he do a full review of the damaged pipe before quoting me - it in fact did NOT require digging up our yard to replace all piping. He was extremely thorough and detailed in explaining to me what happened to the damaged piece of pipe and how the rest of the piping was just fine. Pricing was extremely reasonable and he cleaned up afterward. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Scheduled us for less than 24 hours from call. Toilet was stopped up and my attempts to resolve it were futile. Tech came with proper equipment (toilet snake) and resolved the problem. Also instructed us with useful information about preventing future toilet problems (no baby wipes down the pipes). Also asked, BTW do you have a disposal? Let me tell you three things NEVER to put down the disposal. Answer; egg shells, coffee grounds and rice. I'll add two more; potato or any other vegetable peels made with a vegetable peeler or shrimp shells. Those last two can slip through the clearance gap between the grinder and the housing.

Almost (8) years ago EZ Flow Plumbing completed a complete repipe of our home home in Scottsdale. At that time I met Scott for the first time. Ever since that time I have found this elite contractor to display honesty, integrity, plumbing knowledge, and an elite level of customer satisfaction.
Fast forward to July 2018 and EZ Flow Plumbing prooved to me once again they are the plumbing contractor to call. This is where you get their elite customer satisfaction award from me. Two other contractors said I needed to purchase a new water heater. Both said they needed 2 men to
do the job. and at least $1200.00 each.
When EZ Flow arrived I was informed that the leaking water heater was still under warranty from the manufacturer. I was told to call the claim department of the manufacturer and a approval no. was assigned to me. I returned the water heater in my SUV received a new water heater with a new warranty of 12 years. It cost me $156.00 for the new warranty and water heater, plus a small amount of money for EZ Flow Plumbing labor.
How nice was that!

Was working on a bathroom shower arm that had way too much play, water was leaking to second floor. Was thinking I might have to open up shower/wall to repair. Called EZ Flow (based on Yelp reviews), and Andy Simmons came over the next day, and with his special tools and expertise, skillfully removed the partially sheared shower arm, without stripping the threads. Then he checked for leaks - nothing. They're a little on the pricey side, but when I think of what it would have cost me if it were not done correctly, I guess it's alright. Andy was a pro, explained everything, and our dogs loved him. And hey, it was done quickly and correctly. We'll use them again.

These guys are awesome! I called up due to my kid sticking a toy in the drain and clogging it. By the time I made the call, they were at my house in 25 mins and took the guy 15 min or less to get it fixed. The guy that fixed the sink was fantastic. Trustworthy company to get the job done. I highly recommend EZ Flow plumbing. They are on time and extremely trustworthy. They give a free diagnostic and will tell you without charge things to try before we spend any money. That is the right way to do business and we will be using them for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Everything from start to finish was great with AZ Flow Plumbing. They called me back in less than 30 minutes to schedule. They gave me a 2hr window for our appointment and he was right within the time frame. The morning of, I received a text, email and phone call from Andy to confirm he was on his way. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do when I described the problem. He took the time to explain and show me the problem and even took the extra step in checking the overall water pressure in my home to make sure everything was good. Andy was in and out in less than an hour and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling EZ Flow Plumbing back when I have a plumbing concern!
