We had our water heater broke and of course water all over (thankfully in the garage)- while Scott was not able to come out that night, he did call me and he was able to get to us the next day. He arrived on time as expected, super friendly and explained everything he was going to do. The new water heater he installed is better than the first with a conscious effort to plumb a line off the drip pan to ensure, in the future when it goes out (they all have a life), it won't get the drywall platform wet again.

I found his price reasonable and look forward to using him again - to potentially install a water softener. I highly recommend him!

We met Scott and his assistant, Wyatt, when our kitchen faucet began leaking noticibly. Based on what was discovered when Scott removed the faucet, it had been leaking slowly for some time. We found EZ Flow on Yelp and were impressed with the reviews. These reviews turned out to be absolutely correct. Scott called when he started towards our house, he arrived on time, assessed the situation, and explained how he developed his pricing. Once he had the faucet removed, we could see that the porcelan sink was so badly rusted under the faucet casing that the sink was also in need of replacement.

Scott told us what our options were, quickly checked prices for us, and picked up a new sink. Within a couple of hours, the work was completed. He was fast, thorough, personable, and the price was fair. My wife was particulay impressed that they wore shoed covers and were impecable about cleaning up when they finished.

We will absolutely recommend Scott's company, EZ Flow, to anyone we know who needs a great plumber.

My husband noticed last Thursday night that we had what appeared to be a slow leak from the top of our hot water heater. Now, my husband is a pretty handy guy when it comes to basic home maintenance, but this was beyond his basic skills. Never having the need for a plumber before, I searched Yelp and came across EZ Flow Plumbing. The reviews looked good so Friday morning my husband gave them a call. Mark was able to come out Friday morning and took care of everything!

Mark replaced our water heater and all the fittings quickly and efficiently. However, he did more than just the water heater. Mark noticed that there was significant drywall damage from the leak and suggested we get a water damage company out to take a look at it. He recommended one he had worked with before and offered to call which was fine with us.

Good thing too. As it turned out, there was not only drywall damage in that corner of our garage but also in the bedroom that shares a wall with the garage. Water damage can cause a host of problems if left untreated but thanks to Mark, we were made aware of the problem and were able to get the process started to take care of everything that day.

It is nice to know that there are still people out there who will go above and beyond the basic duties of their job to ensure that their customers are taken care of 100%.

Mark is an absolute stud. Having just moved to AZ, we hired a different plumber for a host of things for our new house. While they were nice, we simply weren't thrilled. Constant leaks, no hot water, stuff. After our InSinkErator randomly stopped working after no real use, I decided to look elsewhere and called Mark. He came out in a few hours notice, was courteous, fixed, tightened, flushed, you name it. hopefully I never need a plumber, but if I do, Mark and EZ Flow is who I'd call. Thanks guys.

Scott and Wyatt were fantastic! They fixed my toilet problem in no time and left it 100% better than it was. They do put their customers first. I will not use anyone else. Neither should anyone reading this review.

I called three plumbers in the east valley because my hot water heater was leaking. EZ was the only one to call me back. And I am glad they were the only ones. They are my only plumbers from now on. Scott called me back within 30 minutes - as promised by their dispatcher. Scott was able to come by the house later that same day to inspect the problem. He then did the research on my hot water heater and discovered it was still under Whirlpools warranty (Lowe's purchase). I was expecting that I would have to purchase a new one! Scott removed the old one, installed a new one and brought my pipes up to code. All completed within 24 hours of his initial inspection. I was very happy that I discovered EZ Flow with this problem. I highly recommend them.

I had EZ Flow Plumbing out for RO and a soft water system installation awhile back and was very happy with their work. Keep in mind they were not the cheapest but they were price in middle and dependable. My water heater went this month and needed a replacement water heater and EZ Flow was there same day service and replace the water which was 10 yrs old.

Remember people you get what you pay for I've always found EZ Flow very reasonable in price, and the service is AAA+ quality.

We went through a lot of aggravation trying to figure out why we were not getting hot water in our house. We had the owner of the company that manufactured our solar water heater come out and look at our system who stated it was running fine and that we had a plumbing issue. We then contacted two separate plumbers who stated it was a water heater issue. So, we again called the owner of the solar water heater who just reiterated what he previously stated that it was a plumbing issue we needed to get resolved.

At this point we were back to square one and going on our third week of NO hot water. So my boyfriend reached out to EZ Flow Plumbing. When Mark arrived he knew exactly what the plumbing issue was and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was courteous and professional. My only complaint was the price. It was quite high for the amount of time he spent working.

In the future if I have any plumbing issues I am torn if I will use them again. For one, I did not get any type of warranty in writing guaranteeing the work they did or part that was replaced and secondly, the price was so high. I do appreciate that after weeks of back and forth with other companies we finally have hot water again!

Great service from Scott! A water heater in a rental property broke and he was able to get there the next day. He also fixed a toilet issue He was able to service our water heater the day after that and installed some extra values on our sink for easy water shut-off.

He was kind, courteous and pleasant which is unusual for service people. He kept me updated about what was going on and how much things would cost.

My home can be a bit difficult to find and I warned him about that - he actually looked at a map BEFORE getting on the road and called me with questions.

Payment was a breeze and receipts are emailed almost immediately. Prices seem fair and reasonable although I don't know the first thing about plumbing and what things cost.

I always appreciate hassle-free service experiences and this is definitely one of them!
