Frim start to finish he showcased the level of professionalism, skill and dedication that exceeded my expectations to diagnose the problem, and was eager to explain the plan of action in a clear and concise manner, answered all my questions, and ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the plan. My line was not draining well and it needed extensive work to get it going again. Javier went above and beyond. He spent extra time on a Friday evening to unclog some refractory problems. He was polite and courteous, and treated myself and home with the upmost respect, completed his job efficiently and cleaned up, leaving my place spotless.
