Very bad experience with Mr. Ezau, poor work ethics, does not keep his appt. times. Charges are much higher than other plumbers. He charges the high price despite not having a successful outcome. Luckily I found an honest ethical plumber here on Yelp with 5 stars who could not believe how I had been taken for my money, he even suggested that I should not pay Mr. Ezau the full amount he had charged since he did not resolve anything for me and it was doubtful he even performed the work he stated he did. I did pay him as I beleive a Man's word means more than any contract. Do not let Mr. Ezau enter your property, he is not honest and will charge you more than another plumber for work that is sub par at best. Communicating and understanding what he is trying to tell you is needed is very difficult. Buyer Beware!!!!!

This guy, Esau, took $500 and left me hanging with an unfinished job and no permit. Now I've had to hire a professional licensed plumber to come in and fix his mess. Now I will be taking action to get my money back.

Ezau is anything BUT professional!!!!! He came to my house and gave me an estimate of $450 to install shower fixtures and a shower pan. I asked if he knew someone to do the durock as well and change the window. He said he did and we agreed on $600 for the shower and $250 for the window install. His helper came on a tuesday to drill out the concrete around the drain. That afternoon Ezau said he would be back the next day to install the shower pan and fixtures and then finish the job on thursday with the durock and window.... Wednesday night a woman called and said he was busy and would be in touch to re-schedule...Thursday he sent me a msg saying he had purchased """"EVERYTHING"""" he needed for the job and would come saturday at 0800 to complete the job in one day. At 10 O'Clock he still had not arrived. I texted him to ask what was going on and he said """"his man"""" would be there soon. His helper did arrive but could not do anything because he did not have any supplies. He began to cut the durock I had already purchased and waited. Ezau then showed up talked for a minute then left for """"supplies"""" he said he already had... a few hours later he showed up with insulation for the wall, asked me for half the money to buy supplies. I gave him $500 and he left for the day saying he would come sunday and finishe the whole job in one day. (He still had not done ANY work at this time....) I probably should not have given him money but he was angry that I hadn't and I thought he was reliable. Sunday his helper showed up again ONTIME but again could not do anywork bc he had no supplies. Ezau finally arrived 1 1/2 hr late with one 2x4 a bag of cement and copper pipe. (clearly not enough to complete the job.) He talked to his helper who told him he needed more supplies and then left AGAIN. He did not even speak to me. I called his cell and said whats going on? At this point he flipped out screaming at me telling me I called him a thief and that he could not get the job done because I keep stopping him from doing his work. (which he had not even started yet..)I asked him if he wanted the job or not? I was in no rush but do not like being strung along and at this point had given him alot of money. He went on and on and on, and in the end told his worker to take the tools and leave. So I have paid $500 for a hole in my floor some badly hung durock and a partial window installation. oh and approx. $200 worth of supplies he left behind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EZ ANGELS PLIMBING FOR ANYTHING HE IS UNRELIABLE, HAS POOR PLANNING ABILITIES, AND HAS ISSUES COMMUNICATING.
