Bottom line is these guys are jerks. They were working on a business that I was affiliated with. When I was driving off the property they were entering with their truck. I was waiting to make a right turn on to the turning lane for the next street. But these jerks were shouting at me to ""GO!!! GO!!!"". Sorry, but I am not about to get hit by oncoming traffic that I can't see, which your truck is blocking, just because you're in a hurry. Have some damn manners. My safety on the road is more important than your impatience. I get that you want to get on the job site quickly. But we are paying you regardless. If you want to hire some people with professionalism and tact, don't hire Eyman -- they're so rude they're likely to start crap with people on the street on the way to the job. They are so insufferable, they didn't even realize I was affiliated with their client.

From Tregaron it was less than stellar. They sucked! 3 months later and no A/C to be found! A Big Red Bust!

An Eyman technician was servicing my furnace and failed to completely turn off the gas. A spark ignited the gas causing a fire in the furnace resulting in severe damage to the furnace and caused severe smoke damage throughout the house. As a result, I was displaced from my home for four weeks while a restoration company removed everything in the house to clean, except furniture.
Soon after, an Eyman employee made ""permanent"" repairs to return the furnace to working order. Unsure of the safety of the furnace, a second HVAC company inspected the furnace and said the furnace was not safe and should be replaced. Eyman and it's insurance company refused to talk to my insurance company. Another recent inspection. Meanwhile, the results of a second inspection revealed serious fire damage and recommended that the furnace be replaced due to the unsafe condition.
Eyman has not offered to replace the furnace. Therefore I am working with my insurance company and my attorney to ensure that the furnace is replaced at no cost to me.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I asked them to come out and look at my main drain. They said it would be $250 to use the camera. They then charged me $1300! They said they explained it and their technician would have but it was NOT clear. They took advantage of me in my plumbing emergency. I also got 3 quotes and theirs was significantly higher. The other companies that came out to look also did not charge anywhere near the $250 I was even quoted, much less the $1300.

It took forever to get a quote and then I had to keep going back to get information they promised. SHADY business and with BAD practices. Then when asking for owner's contact information to follow up on the outrageous bill, I was put on hold for so long (probably hoping I'd give up and hang up).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

i ask them to give us estimate on new furnace and a/c unit and now they refuse to stop sending me emails note and asking me who did i choose to replaced and they was ask to stop harassing me and ask who is doing the work, i told them nicely to move on and they have sent to me, 3 emails after i told that we are going with someone else. i told total of 5 free estimates and i told the another 4 offers , they we make decision and this one refuse to stop, they want to know who is doing the work and the price did the another business give to us. i think not to play games with no one about . so beware of this company. THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR BUSINESS.

One good experience but had a pipe leaking and they couldn't come out for 4 days!! Liked the service and the person who came out. However, the next time I called - an emergency - no hot water how they handled it was a disaster. Was a Saturday and they wanted me to agree to the $300 emergency fee payment first before even talking about what I needed done. I said OK I can wait until regular hours - they said someone would contact me on Monday AM - by 10:00 AM no one had called. I called them to have them say they had no record of my call. Said they could come out in about a week!! What is with this company??

Eynman has bad customer service. They recently installed new plumbing in our utility room. When it was used for the first time, it back up everywhere. Eynmam refused to come out and look at it without charging an outrageous rate for their own shoddy work! I will never hire them again. They do not even come with proper equipment. Used our trashcan to drain a pipe because they didn't bring a bucket. What kind of pluming service doesn't have a bucket on the truck. I do not recommend them.

My sewer was blocked and now running free due to the excellent work of Wyatt. It took him a while and several runs to clear all the debris. I have lived in this home for over 30 years and had my share of blocked drains and sewer lines. Of all the plumbers I have hired Eymans are the best and if I exist longer in this house they will be called with the next problem.

I requested a service appointment. i let the serviceman know I commute out of town for work so I would be coming home early to meet him. He left a message canceling the day of. Rescheduled, giving benefit of the doubt. Once again, left work early to commute home to meet him. No show! Pretty ridiculous! Do not use this company. No regards!!!

I called to have a plumber come clean out my kitchen drain, as it was backing up and draining slow. I also needed a new garbage disposal. I mentioned both of these items to the person I spoke with on the phone and they scheduled me for the next day in the morning. The plumber called the next morning and showed up on time. He checked my disposal and said, yep it was shot, and never mentioned it again, nothing about quoting what a new disposal would cost or anything. He then proceeded to work on the drain issue. He snaked the drain from the kitchen sink. When that wasn't getting him anywhere, I showed him where the clean out was in the basement and he snaked it from there. Then he had problems with his machine. Then he had someone else come and start all over and snake from the kitchen sink pipes again. The first guy mentioned that he had plugged up our main line, but had gotten that cleared and it should be fine. The second guy left. The first guy seemed in a rush to get out of my house after the second guy left. He charged me over $477 and did nothing about a new disposal. My husband ordered one off Amazon and will have to put that in himself. This morning I went downstairs to check on something in our utility room and discovered our floor drain was all backed up and water all over my floor. I had to call another plumber (I didn't trust Eyman to fix this, even though I suspectEd they had caused it) to clear my drain. This tech said that is was full of kitchen sludge. I told him I had had Eyman out to clear my kitchen drain last week and he said that was the problem. They didn't make sure what they cleared out of the kitchen pipes had been cleared out of the main. They just left it sit there and cause another clog. So it cost me more money to have the job done right by someone else. I learned my lesson.
