DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I asked them to come out and look at my main drain. They said it would be $250 to use the camera. They then charged me $1300! They said they explained it and their technician would have but it was NOT clear. They took advantage of me in my plumbing emergency. I also got 3 quotes and theirs was significantly higher. The other companies that came out to look also did not charge anywhere near the $250 I was even quoted, much less the $1300.

It took forever to get a quote and then I had to keep going back to get information they promised. SHADY business and with BAD practices. Then when asking for owner's contact information to follow up on the outrageous bill, I was put on hold for so long (probably hoping I'd give up and hang up).

i ask them to give us estimate on new furnace and a/c unit and now they refuse to stop sending me emails note and asking me who did i choose to replaced and they was ask to stop harassing me and ask who is doing the work, i told them nicely to move on and they have sent to me, 3 emails after i told that we are going with someone else. i told total of 5 free estimates and i told the another 4 offers , they we make decision and this one refuse to stop, they want to know who is doing the work and the price did the another business give to us. i think not to play games with no one about . so beware of this company. THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR BUSINESS.

One good experience but had a pipe leaking and they couldn't come out for 4 days!! Liked the service and the person who came out. However, the next time I called - an emergency - no hot water how they handled it was a disaster. Was a Saturday and they wanted me to agree to the $300 emergency fee payment first before even talking about what I needed done. I said OK I can wait until regular hours - they said someone would contact me on Monday AM - by 10:00 AM no one had called. I called them to have them say they had no record of my call. Said they could come out in about a week!! What is with this company??

Eynman has bad customer service. They recently installed new plumbing in our utility room. When it was used for the first time, it back up everywhere. Eynmam refused to come out and look at it without charging an outrageous rate for their own shoddy work! I will never hire them again. They do not even come with proper equipment. Used our trashcan to drain a pipe because they didn't bring a bucket. What kind of pluming service doesn't have a bucket on the truck. I do not recommend them.

My sewer was blocked and now running free due to the excellent work of Wyatt. It took him a while and several runs to clear all the debris. I have lived in this home for over 30 years and had my share of blocked drains and sewer lines. Of all the plumbers I have hired Eymans are the best and if I exist longer in this house they will be called with the next problem.

I requested a service appointment. i let the serviceman know I commute out of town for work so I would be coming home early to meet him. He left a message canceling the day of. Rescheduled, giving benefit of the doubt. Once again, left work early to commute home to meet him. No show! Pretty ridiculous! Do not use this company. No regards!!!

I called to have a plumber come clean out my kitchen drain, as it was backing up and draining slow. I also needed a new garbage disposal. I mentioned both of these items to the person I spoke with on the phone and they scheduled me for the next day in the morning. The plumber called the next morning and showed up on time. He checked my disposal and said, yep it was shot, and never mentioned it again, nothing about quoting what a new disposal would cost or anything. He then proceeded to work on the drain issue. He snaked the drain from the kitchen sink. When that wasn't getting him anywhere, I showed him where the clean out was in the basement and he snaked it from there. Then he had problems with his machine. Then he had someone else come and start all over and snake from the kitchen sink pipes again. The first guy mentioned that he had plugged up our main line, but had gotten that cleared and it should be fine. The second guy left. The first guy seemed in a rush to get out of my house after the second guy left. He charged me over $477 and did nothing about a new disposal. My husband ordered one off Amazon and will have to put that in himself. This morning I went downstairs to check on something in our utility room and discovered our floor drain was all backed up and water all over my floor. I had to call another plumber (I didn't trust Eyman to fix this, even though I suspectEd they had caused it) to clear my drain. This tech said that is was full of kitchen sludge. I told him I had had Eyman out to clear my kitchen drain last week and he said that was the problem. They didn't make sure what they cleared out of the kitchen pipes had been cleared out of the main. They just left it sit there and cause another clog. So it cost me more money to have the job done right by someone else. I learned my lesson.

We had a plumber from Eyman come to our house because our drain was draining slow. The plumber put the camera down the drain and told us the pipe going to the street was broke. He proceeded to tell us that it would cost between $6,000 to $10,000 to fix it. But they could not rooter the pipe til the break was fixed. So they charged us $300, packed up their stuff and left without doing anything. So we called another company to come rooter our drain. They too put a camera down the pipe and did not find a break in the pipe. The pipe was rootered and we now have a clear pipe.
I was shocked to find out that Eyman Plumbing would try to pull a fast one on us to get money.

Called them to clean out my main drain they put a camera down there said I had a break in my line and roots then said they couldn't do anything until I had it fixed for 6 to 10,000 dollars, had another plumber out he cleaned my line and showed me that there was no break. So Eyman charged me 300 for nothing except running the camera down the line.

This company is horrible they price gouged us. We have used them to repair pipes and put hot water heater in my parents house, a month later our drain in basement flooded. They told us our pipes were not guaranteed because the plumber who replaced them no longer works for them but we will send someone to fix your drain which cost a 1000 dollars to snake it out. The tech broke his snake cheated us 245 dollars after doing that he hydro jet lying to us saying the line is cleared and charged 725 dollars and the
pipes aren't cleared out and want to charge us 10,000 dollars to replace main pipe line also 5800 to fix the break. They won't show us the video of the pipe being cleared as they say to see the break and denied us service and the brand new hot water heater they put in isn't going to be won't be warranted for six years, as they told us it would be. The customer service lady denied us service and said their attorney will be calling us and hung up on my brother. These people are scammers and price gouged us. Do not use them they don't honor anything and the grandson Scott doesn't do anything but say his grandfather owns this company. The service people are rude and lie to your face.
