We experienced a leak inside of a wall about a week before Thanksgiving. I called E&Y late in the day that I found the water damage and they came out the next morning. Not only did they promptly repair the problem but they took the initiative by disconnecting a vanity and sink, and cutting into the wall to expose the pipe that needed to be replaced. Both technicians wore masks due to COVID. I should add that they were great about communicating with me about where the leak was and the steps they wanted to take to fix it.

My water heater went out late Wednesday night. I called my home warranty company and they were not helpful. I decided to call E&Y early Thursday morning and they called GE for me and figured out that my water heater was still under warranty! They showed up the same day, picked up the old water heater, and installed the new one. By 2 PM, we had hot water! They were fast, efficient, and super helpful answering all of our questions. As first time home owners, we were worried about being taken advantage of but E&Y made us feel informed and taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends/family.

Hired elder & Young plumbing for a remodel we are doing in our house. Not only were they extremely professional but efficient. We had to reroute and move several key plumbing lines that other companies were unsure of how to tackle. I've had them out and will definitely be using them on all of our projects going forward. Had a company come out to fix our garage door and they accidentally busted a pipe in the front yard near where they were working. It was already dark and water was flooding into the street. Eric and Robert got to us quickly and in no time fixed the problem. We were so worried it was gonna cost us an arm and a leg but they were reasonably priced, fast and had great customer service. We've called a couple times since for different problems and had great experiences all around every time! Highly recommended by me and most of my neighbors!

These guys are GREAT! I had a water heater leak and was worried about needing to replace the entire unit. These guys checked and noted that it was just an old pipe that they can replace. They even came up to check the backed up kitchen sink and snaked that thing clean. Eric even wiped down and disinfected the area for me. Great guys and I don't look forward to seeing them again, but I'll definitely have them in mind for any referrals and potential plumbing issues.

What a pleasure to find friendly and professional people that have your safety and well being in mind for the water heater. Eric is easy to talk to and is not high pressure. He lets you know what he finds that needs your attention. He advises what needs immediate attention and lets you know what can wait awhile so can can decide on when you want to do it. Very happy with Elder and Young.

I also loved that he came with PPE, was very professional.
