Martha J.Two years ago I hired Extreme PSI to empty out my septic tank. Now I have a postcard from the health department saying they never received a manifest from Extreme PSI, and their records indicate my tank hasn't been pumped in five years. I called Extreme PSI and was assured that they would send a copy of the manifest to the health department and copy me. The health department told me I should have received that at the time of service. I still haven't received anything. All I have is an invoice. Apparently, without the manifest, there is no proof that the tank was pumped. Don't use this company!
