I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish dealt with plenty of different plumbing companies that advertise $49 $99 $149 and every time it's the same situation reoccurring... this time was different. It was my first time using this company. I had an emergency situation they were able to come right away. Communication couldn't be easier and Jason took care of the problem from start to finish at a very reasonable price I didn't have to deal with the bait and switch in the price gouging at these other companies do I definitely recommend these guys when you're in a shitty situation

Highly recommend! Had an emergency repair on a Sunday to a clogged drain and pipe repair. Called multiple services but nobody answered. Jason was over within a half hour and fixed the problem perfectly. Jason was extremely friendly and explained exactly what was wrong and we were completely comfortable with the repairs being made. Will definitely call extreme plumbing anytime we need plumbing services!

We had a leak coming down from the attic to our new kitchen cabinets and basement. I called Extreme and Jason and Charles came to fix it. They were very friendly, polite, and did the work efficiently. The price came out to be very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Had another leak, this time, due to a clogged filter attached to a PVC pipe. Jason and his guys were once again over right away and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Friendly, professional, fast and affordable. I can't think of any other qualities I'd want in a plumber. They're absolutely top of the line.

I honestly do not know how this place has five star reviews and such high ratings. Jason is one of the most unprofessional guys ever. If you want to get a job from him definitely sign a contract with him and get a fixed price on paper from him, do not go by his word of mouth. He gave us one price and then when the job was almost done told us we need to pay him three to four grand more on top of what he had finalized with us.
he finished a job that should have taken him four days and he dragged it on for three months. As per him, the staff got covid a million times and that was the reason why our job kept on getting delayed. Get a fixed quote on paper and also get Something written and signed that will tell you when he will finish the job.

Jason and the guys at Extreme Plumbing are the best! Over the past two years I have had to use them a handful of times for emergency and non emergency situations. They are always there to answer the call in an emergency situation and are very flexible in making appointments to preform maintenance work. Jason is great to work with, explains everything well and their prices are always fair. I have had each other the crews here at some time or another and have nothing but great things to say. Always prompt, clean and professional.

Just brought the guys in, and they showed up *EXACTLY* when they said they would (which seems so rare). All that I did was bring them in to help some slow drains, and my wife asked them to look at a few things. They went above and beyond, helping us figure out the cause of some leaks that had nothing to do with the plumbing, but gave us recommendations on what to do AND hooked us up with a handy man to take care of the issues! We've spent years looking around for different plumbers, trying different people, but the search is over. This is my plumber, now. No matter what we do, this is it - such great service, I'd recommend them to anyone!!

Justin showed up on time and wearing a mask! I needed a faucet over 40 years old replaced. I knew it would be a tough job but Justin worked through it with a smile. He was clean, quick and thorough. I will definitely be calling Extreme Plumbing any time I need a plumber in the future!

Jason and his team have done a bunch of work for us since we moved into our new home in Merrick. He and his team did have been incredible over the last few months. We first reached out to Extreme Plumbing when our sewer was backed up over the weekend. He came the next day and unclogged our system for. While he was there we also discussed converting to natural gas from oil to heat our home. He gave me a lot of information about what type of system we would get and the benefits of each system we should use. They have also connected our water line for our fridge, fixed the line to our dishwasher (it was leaking and we didn't even know!), fixed our sink and much more! Also, not sure if he does this for everyone but while we were waiting for national grid to install our gas meter, we ran out of oil twice and both times he came to restart our furnace so we could have heat without cost. That was unexpected and really way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

I do not normally write reviews but had to in this instance. I would 100% recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. They are very professional, and go above and beyond to make sure to do the best job possible. They could have easily used inferior products but instead they used top of the line piping and fittings without me even asking. They finished the job so quickly I could not have been happier. The price was also very reasonable. Better than expected!!!! On top of all of this they instructed me on my entire system and how I can change out my filters and turn things off and on.
