Timothy was assigned as the technician for replacing my water heater by my warranty company. I called him and paid the $75 copay via cashapp and then right after my warranty company advised that they wont cover the repair. I immediately called Timothy back and asked if he could still do the work and use the $75 towards the cost of the repair. He agreed but later he called my property management company and said he couldnt go by the property. I waited until Monday to see if he was going to provide a quote. He never did. I called him and asked for a refund, he said he would. I also followed up with a text. I texted again earlier this week and he advised he would. Now I see he has cancelled my refund request. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not recommend hiring timothy. I dont think $75 is enough to damage someone's professional reputation is but apparently it is.

I called Tim this morning. I told him I'd be home after 6:00. At 7:00 Tim called me and was here in 20 minutes. He snaked my drain and was on his way. I've hired Tim several times for plumbing issues and each time he's done quality work! I'd definitely recommend him!

My basement backup, and I called Extreme Plumbing out to snake my drains. They quickly responded to my call and scheduled a time for them to come out to take care of the problem. When the technical arrived, he was courteous and friendly. They immediately assessed the problem and got right to work. Ultimately, they removed their equipment and turned everything into its original form. I was delighted with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing it.

I had a leak under my Kitchen sink Sunday. Oh noooo what will I do? I didn't want to wait til Monday. I called Extreme Plumbing Sunday at 11am. Tim was at my house at 1pm and at 2pm all the repairs were made. What great service, professionalism, knowledge and advice on what I need to put on my list of future repairs. Reasonable prices and such a nice guy. Thanks Tim, I highly recommend.

I hired Timothy Pollard of Extreme Plumbing to repair a toilet flange for me. The new flage broke off within two weeks of the repair. Timothy was ""Too busy"" on other jobs to come out to fix the toilet. I had to hire another plumber to fix the toilet properly. Timothy said he would reimburse me for the work, but never did.

I would not recommend using him. He didn't stand behind his work, or his word.

My sister found this company on goggle. I am glad she did , the plumber Tim and his son were there in 30 minutes. They came in with there mask on fix the problem in about five minutes. I would recommend them to anyone who need plumbing. NM

Worst, worst plumber ever. He came and look at the job and gave me a quote. He came the next day to start the job after creating a mess on the floor he then said I should give him $500 or he will stop and leave the tenant apartment dirty. We finally agree on $450. I had to call another plumber to correct his job. He is not an honest person. Mind you this job took him 2 hours of work. The first quote was $375. Worst experience in my life. He even ruined my bathtub. Worst experience.
