They fixed the problem in 30 minutes!! I went 8 days without a water heater and it took the third different contractor to fix it! Awesome job and very impressed.

I am on the board of our little community and we noticed that we had some of the storm drains clogged up and we had our management company ask a plumbing company quote cleaning them out and they gave a quote of $4500 without even coming out. They called another company out and they did in person but said it would be $2500 per day and that it could take 2 days! I decided to research another option and I found Extreme Hydro jetting online. The first time I called they said they wouldnt come out but gave me an estimate per drain. Then after the mgmt company called the price seemed to change. I called and had them come out. They looked at each drain and gave us a much better quote. We accepted them and they scheduled right away, came out timely and stayed for about 5 hours. They took the time to thoroughly clean each drain. Some of the drains had big chunck of concrete from when the builder built the community. They have a huge special truck made for this kind of work and it vacuums up all the gunk from the drains and does a very professional job. The board is all super happy with their work, service, promptness and price. Highly recommend them. They know what they are doing and apparently do a lot of the drain work for the city.

We have a home warranty and I called in to get a plumber out. To be honest, I figured they would be fast in and fast out and not really care because it was a warranty job. I was very wrong. Steven, the tech did a great job and explained everything. They texted me when they were on the way over so that was good and they were on time in the window they gave. Oh, and they fixed the plumbing problem.

Our home warranty company (One Guard) sent Extreme Plumbing and Hydro-Jetting to our home on a warranty call when the flange was broken underneath the toilet in the master bath. After a quick look, the technician diagnosed his interpretation of the problem and told us it would cost us $2400 to repair the flange. In order to repair the flange, he stated that he would need to jackhammer the floor and tiles and replace/repair flange. This $2400 quote did not include repairing the floor or actually installing the toilet because we would have to first repair the floor and replace the tile before installing the toilet.
The price was outrageous and the idea of jackhammering the floor seemed ridiculous. Nothing about this seemed right. We sent the plumber on his way and I called another plumber (without involving the warranty company) for a second opinion. The plumber I called for a second opinion came out the following day, gave a thorough estimate, and replaced the flange. All said and done, the repair cost $540.
Don't waste your time on Extreme Plumbing and Hydro-Jetting. Work with your home warranty company and have them pay you directly so you can use a contractor of your choosing. At the end of the day, NOT using Extreme Plumbing and Hydro-Jetting saved me $1900 in out of pocket expenses (warranty pays $500), and I found a really awesome plumber to work with next time we have an issue.

This company was assigned to me via my home warranty and came back with a work order involving a laundry list of parts and "services" needed for my water heater that had rusted out in the bottom. ALL of the items listed were HIGHLY overpriced or did not give a true description of what the actual "services" listed involved. They came out on Monday, and it took until today, FRIDAY, to finally get a response from them via text, because they do not know how to respond to voicemails or answer phone calls. The sad response I got from them only was that they have to do what is on the order and ignored my requests for explanations of what the "needed services" they listed on the order involved. They simply listed multiple items as "mods" that were around $200 each and then other "parts" that would be from $80 to nearly $300!!! Some of these parts easily searchable to actually be pver 110% of the actual cost for top quality versions from distributors.. permits that we found to be over 90% overpriced! They stopped responding to me when I asked them about these items and now the home has been without hot water with children involved for a FULL WEEK! HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF THINKING THIS IS OKAY!?

This plumber was assigned to my by OneGuard home warranty company. they came out to my property and determined problem. They told me that the warranty company needs to review inspection report first before any repairs will be authorized. The plumber keeps on suggest that we can go ahead and do the work since it will take many days for the warranty company to approve. He also told me that the fee that charge is similar to that of the warrant company. Do not believe a word what they tell you. It's a big lie!! Extreme Plumbing and Hydro-Jetting charged me $400 but the warranty company told me that I had over paid because they are only able to reimburse me $165. I do not see how $400 and $165 are similar. I called to request a refund and of course they refused. So the story is do not get duped by these guys because they will laugh all the way to the bank!

After my son took his shower, the water in his bathtub wouldn't stop running. It didn't matter how many times we tried to turn it off, it wouldn't stop. We had to shut the entire water off in our home to stop it. I called my Home warranty 2-10 Buyers and they sent me to Extreme Hydro Jetting & Pipe Inspection. The technician I received was named Tony! I can't brag on Tony enough! First of all my appointment was between 12-2pm and he showed up at 11:30AM. He was friendly and professional and went straight to the problem. He diagnosed the bathtub valve as being broken and was able to replace it immediately. I've seen the ups & down reviews on here HOWEVER I'm telling you that Tony was AWESOME! I was worrying about the holidays and the money I may have to spend but Tony made it a Merry Christmas again! Thanks Tony. :-) Debbie

Choice Home Warranty assigned Extreme Hydro Jetting. I was a bit apprehensive based on the overall reviews. However, the technician was right on time. I even received a text that allowed me to track his progress. He promptly diagnosed the problem (leaking disposer) and quickly obtained approval from home warranty company and replaced it. He was very professional and avoided making a mess.

Tony was very professional and helpful with my plumbing issues. He was mindful in negotiating with the warranty and vendors to get me what I needed at a reasonable cost. He did all this out of customer service and with no prompting from me.

Short story: Tony from Extreme Plumbing was on time, courteous, professional, clean, and was able to fix a sink drain problem that another plumbing company could not.
Long story: When my bathroom sink was draining slow I called my Home Warranty company. The first plumbing company they assigned for the job could not fix the problem by using an auger (snake). He actually damaged his auger, made my drain worse by creating a stoppage, and damaged my vanity by scraping off the enamel which I have to fix now. I called my Home Warranty back and they assigned a second plumber who never returned my calls.
So Home Warranty assigned a third plumber - EXTREME PLUMBING. Just 36 hours later Tony showed up - and this is on a SUNDAY when everyone else is closed or not working. I also received phone texts in advance to notify me of his arrival, including the live tracking of Tony en route.
Tony was very professional and communicative, he answered all our questions, made sure we knew what was going on and what our options were. It wasn't an easy fix for Tony because the recently remodeled plumbing was done incorrectly, so he had his work cut out for him. But with persistence, patience and skill Tony successfully cleared the sink drain. What a relief, now I have a functioning bathroom sink for the first time in 3 months.
Tony also completely cleaned up before he departed, making sure to leave the room in the same condition it was in when he arrived. Not a single drop of water was visible. Thanks Tony!
