I had them install my furnace in March 2015. I called them for service 3 times this week and they never called back yes or no .

This place is a joke!!! The people they send over to your home are so gross and dressed properly. They don't act licensed. They did a terrible job in my home & the guy that owns the place doesn't do the work ! He sends these unprofessional people!! They Want to charge me for work that they did wrong!! Avoid them!

Called looking for help wiring my furnaces thermostat and simply asked for help with what wires go where on the furnace. I was told by a guy at that company that the information would cost me $85.00 to obtain and that they just dont give that information away. Needless to say the company has screwed themselfs out of any business with me and or my companies. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE A JOKE. Anyone that would try to scam you out of $85 to tell you where 5 wires go is a lost cause. I did get the help I needed for FREE from another more helpful company in the area and WILL now have them come and service the furnace for winter @ a cost even lower than Extreme Heating and coolings fee for ""INFORMATION""
