The staff made my loss of hot water a priority, and worked until 9PM one night trying to get it fixed. I would highly recommend Extra Care Plumbing for anybody having a plumbing issue.
JP T.First they """"couldn't find the leak"""" in a pipe that was completely busted. Took my $75 service fee and left. I had to get them back out and show the """"professional"""" how to find a leak in the pipe. The expert had one of his helpers do all the work and the actual plumber didn't do anything. They had to go to the store 3 times to get parts. Then charged me extra $375 to move my dishwasher in and out of place to access the pipe. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL & OVER PRICED.
