I recently used Exstream Water Solutions a second time this week with daughters home to resolve a zone not working- Team assigned was punctual and professional to patiently searching for a buried valve that required a solenoid being replaced. i was very pleased with their service and reasonable fair rate. Will certainly use them again when the time arises.

Contracted for installation of underground watering system. Deposit required before scheduling. After deposit made, was advised work would begin in 4 - 6 weeks. 11 weeks later, no work started and no reply to my emails. Received phone call from Bill (owner) after filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Bill agreed to refund my money which was to be sent out """"tomorrow"""". 11 days later, still no refund and, of course, no reply to email. Filed a follow up complaint with BBB.

Extream Water Solutions installed sprinkler system in front and back yard and also installed dripper systems in the entire perimeter of yard, front and back and sides. Almost 4 years now system has been in place. They provide spring and fall system checks and other service if needed. I can see that a bad review was posted but I would like to say that I gladly waited for the few weeks before installation because that meant no more watering for me. Sometimes they may be a little slower of coming to service calls or the scheduled checks but I can understand, they have a lot of people to service, and a huge area to service. I just appreciate the good service when they come out . They are always very nice and do a wonderful job. That means alot to me. Thank you Bill and your staff. Good job, well done. Delores Benedict

Bill and his team are always great. This weekend I contact Bill about one of my zones not working. They came today to replace the valve. But I'm new to this house and don't know the specifics about where the sprinkler system components may live. They had to spend 30 mins or so trying to find my valves. After finally locating them they got to work. After complete it was hard to find where they had had dug a 4 x 2 foot hole in my yard. I'll call Bill again in the future.
