My sump pump is broken and needs repair. The owner responds quickly. The overall experience is smooth and satisfactory. The work is done promptly with good quality. One minor point down is that the owner promised to remove the old battery system, but is not able to do so.

Andrei's service was excellent, and why not say it, exquisite!! He came in to unclog our kitchen pipes and ended up repairing our less than sturdy faucets and a leaky sink, replacing some parts in the process.

And then I sneaked a request for him to take a look at our temperamental dishwasher. He returned a few days later and took care of that as well.

Was having issues with a toilet and wanted to replace it. Decided to go with Andrei and Exquisite Plumbing as he was the easiest to communicate with and offered to even pick up the new toilet. I was unsure of which brand to buy and he offered suggestions. I sent him which toilet I was interested in from Home Depot and picked it up instead of me having to get it before the appointment.

When Andrei got here, he was quick and efficient and the new toilet looks great in the bathroom. Would highly recommend and will use again for any plumbing needs in the future!

There was a slight odor coming from the kitchen sink in my rental. Andrei was able to pinpoint the problem to a clogged main drain. This was also affecting the washing machine as both drains led to the main drain. Other plumbing companies were overcharging me and telling me to buy a new garbage disposal. In the end this wouldn't solve the problem. Andrei's solution was the right one and his price was fair. I highly recommend Andrei!
