getting ready to sell my house, igor, robert and their team went above and beyond to fulfill a list of repairs and remodel. their patients and knowledge in answering questions made it all the better to work with them. they also made excellent recommendations for need repairs that I missed on my list. when they spotted small areas that needed painting they generously painted those areas without charging me. they also have an excellent tile guy who tiled my shower and bathtub area to perfection.

they were always generous with their time in making sure all my concerns were met.

because of them the house is ready to sell the way I envisioned it.

I was in a time crunch to replace a broken shower valve since I was hosting guests that weekend. Igor was one of the only handymen out of 50 requested who were licensed and insured as required by the HOA, and available to do the task by then. When the job was done, I was shocked to see that he even replaced the shower head and hose (hose required some welding too), and added a panel so that the valve can be easily replaced again in the future - none of which was scoped out originally. Igor has my full recommendation. He is timely, professional, and his workmanship is top-notch

Igor has been my go to handyman for a while now, but he is now my go to for my in home renovations as well. Igor just redid my master bathroom and not only was his quote competitive his work is impeccable. The attention to detail Igor puts into his work is astonishing and much appreciated. Let me start by saying I was very hesitant to write this review because I didn't want Igor to become too busy for us on future projects!

We requested Igors services for a range hood install and a temp dishwasher install. The range hood was a tricky one because the people who did our drywall had walled right over the vent hole! But that didn't fase Igor one bit. He assessed the roof and based on where the chimney was he was able to locate the hole on the first try! Although, we had requested the vent to be off to the side therefore he had to creat two holes. But it was a very therough job done and the hood is now where we want it to be! The dishwasher was also a special request because we didnt know when we would get cabinets installed. It's perfectly functioning and ready for temp use.

I give Igor 10 stars for not only being professional but also an awesome and polite man. Which can be hard to come by when working with handymen and contractors. I will be reaching out to Igor frkm now all for all project needs around my home!
