Within 75 minutes of my phone call Robert was at my home to replace the 18+ year old water heater that died. He gave me a reasonable quote during our phone call. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one and explained what I needed to know about the new one. He left the area cleaner than he found it.

Robert's professionalism and skill in his trade made this a stress free process for me. I will be calling him again to help me if, no, when I need plumbing repairs.

Neil has been phenomenal every step of our repair. We are renters and I first contacted Express along with several other companies to get quotes while waiting for the landlord's choice of installer. Neil gave me a quote and told me to call him if I had any questions.
When the landlord's choice finally came out, he was much higher than Express's quote, so the landlord opted for Express Water Heaters. Neil was able to come out quickly. He set up a temporary install of the water heater while we had mold remediation come out, and he explained so much of the process to us. He even called part of the way through repairs to see how things were coming along.
When all the repairs were finally done he completed the final install.
Neil has gone above and beyond every step of the way and I am so thankful for his services. Highly recommend.

When I discovered my water heater was leaking, I was referred to Express Water Heaters by several friends. While comparing several companies, Express Water Heaters stood out for their fair price and quick response to inquiries.

During the install, Neil discovered water damage behind the heater and gave me time to repair the damage. This resulted in Neil having to come back to complete the install after the repairs were done. Neil was also very responsive to questions from the drywall repair guy.

The quality of the install and attentiveness from Neil was excellent - I can highly recommend this company.

This company installed a water heater 7 years ago and could not be happier with their service. Recently, when I was unable to re-light the pilot light from the manufacture's instruction I called Neil at Express. I was given their number from a coworker that saw their truck and had a water heater replaced by them in early Dec, 2020. I had a malfunctioning water heater. They do not serve my area (Chula Vista) as they are located in Carlsbad. Robert still answered the phone and walked me through my issue and took his time to make certain that I could figure out my issue and how to get it fixed. That was a very nice and neighborly thing to do. I spent a half hour of his valuable time on the phone and I really appreciate it. A true gentleman.

Our Water heater was leaking. Neal came out and gave us an estimate. Unfortunately, there was leakage requiring water damage mitigation. They arranged for that to be done, a temporary water heater till wall work done, and then connected water heater. Neal went the extra mile. Our water heater was still working but older than ten years. A ticking bomb. Lousy delivery and recovery. Was referred to Express by a friend and am so glad. Our usual HVAC/plumbing vendor quoted an astronomical price to replace it and we were bereft. Express came through with a quality unit and fantastic service. Neil gave us the quote and quoted an arrival time and was exactly on time. After introductions and showing him the spot he explained exactly what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. I said I didn't and left him alone. I heard the noise of installation and barely two hours later it was done. Beautifully. Invoice arrived a bit later. Easiest install contract and best experience.
