I would hire Aaron again in a heartbeat. Our 21 year water heater was still kind of working but not very well. I called Express and talked with Aaron about options to replace parts or get a new heater. I opted for a new one and am glad I did. Aaron was excellent!

The thermostat on my water heater went bad recently. I called several local plumbers about potentially replacing just the thermostat and they ALL referred me to Aaron at Express Water Heater Service. I arranged for Aaron to examine the unit and he confirmed that the thermostat was bad. The cost to repair it on a old water heater didn't made sense. Aaron's price for replacing the water heater was several hundred dollars less than everyone else I called. Aaron arrived to do the replacement exactly when he said he would and the work took less time than estimated.
