We have Express Water Heater Service's card taped to our water heater--and they have my highest recommendation. A couple of weeks ago we lost hot water in our house. Earl patiently handled my (somewhat frantic) call and guided me through a series of steps to diagnose what was wrong. After about 10 minutes of troubleshooting on the phone, the water heater was working again! When the time comes to repair or replace our heater, it's great to know that I only have to make a single call because I have someone who I trust to do the work. Thanks, Earl!

It's never a good time to have your water heater go ka-put, but when it does, call Earl at Express Water Heater. We had planned on replacing ours in the next few weeks because we could tell we were on borrowed time with our old and outdated water heater. Unfortunately it had other plans - it completely went out on Sunday morning (of course it did, because this is our second major appliance to die on a Sunday when almost any appliance repair/stores are closed. Go figure). Anyway, my husband did a google search, and one of the ones at the top of the list was Express! He left a message, and within 5 minutes received a return call. Earl was able to schedule us an appointment less than 24 hours later. They (Earl & his coworker) showed up today on time, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, got the job done in less than an hour, and hauled away our old water heater. Now THAT'S service! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
