Aaron is the best. Our hot water went out, and Aaron managed to fit us into a full schedule at the end of a long day (he had been working 11 hours already and was headed to another job after ours). He was pleasant, professional, and patient with our questions, and drove out of his way to come to our home. He had the parts we needed and was able to replace thermostats right away on a 20-year-old unit. Aaron was completely honest, did not try to upsell us, and gave us exactly the parts we needed at an excellent price, which he told us before installing. We have an older water heater, and I know when it finally goes I will purchase my next water heater through Aaron. I totally trust him, he is an expert, honest, and meticulous in his work. I highly recommend him for any water heater issues.

Our water heater went out and Aaron was able to get us in the next day. We live in an old house so it was a bit of a tricky situation but Aaron was able to completely replace our water heater that same day! And for a good price! I don't foresee having any problems but if I do, he'll be my first call.

I would hire Aaron again in a heartbeat. Our 21 year water heater was still kind of working but not very well. I called Express and talked with Aaron about options to replace parts or get a new heater. I opted for a new one and am glad I did. Aaron was excellent!

The thermostat on my water heater went bad recently. I called several local plumbers about potentially replacing just the thermostat and they ALL referred me to Aaron at Express Water Heater Service. I arranged for Aaron to examine the unit and he confirmed that the thermostat was bad. The cost to repair it on a old water heater didn't made sense. Aaron's price for replacing the water heater was several hundred dollars less than everyone else I called. Aaron arrived to do the replacement exactly when he said he would and the work took less time than estimated.
