If you are looking for a good Plumber who is licensed and insured, these guys are it. Great service and communicators. They were on time and had all of the tools necessary to do the job. I am really happy with their service. Kevin and his team will take care of you. They even spent extra time testing their own work to make sure everything was good before they left. I reached out to a few companies before I came across these guys, and there really isn't any competition. Very professional! gave me a rate and stuck with the rate, no hidden fees or costs. My wife and I hired this company to fix her mother's old plumbing by relining the old pipes. We can confidently recommend this business, and I wanted to share a review because relining pipes is a big-ticket item... so doing research helps tremendously and gives a sense of ease when making such a big decision. Here's what we liked: - Kevin and Michael (brothers, family owned biz) were both very responsive in answering our questions, text messages and emails. - We felt the value was good. - Their team was professional and communicated well during the project phase when the water needed to be turned off or toilets not flushed. - The communication was important for us, as we care for a paraplegic in the house, and certain things need to be planned for his care... so the communication was helpful. - They sent us copies of the video after the job was complete. - They gave us a contract and invoice, so things are in writing and not """"Mickey Mouse"""" (or informal) as we say here in Miami. Our home was built in the 1960's, and the pipes eventually fell into disrepair, with deteriorating sections and even protruding roots in some areas. Express Trenchless responded quickly to our concerns, with immediate attention including inspection videos, consultation, and a very affordable estimate. We decided to go with them over other competitors, because they were local, much friendlier, and very prompt. In the end their work was quick, thorough, and completely satisfactory. The Express Trenchless team were also very polite, following current social distancing and mask regulations, and clean. We recommend Express Trenchless 100%!

The company rearranged their schedule to accommodate our request for assistance as soon as possible. Got their in the evening and made extra sure our pipe was clear. Had the camera in the pipe the whole time to clear out even small residue. Well worth the money.

Kevin and his team were quick to respond to our calls, provided professional services, and were extremely knowledgeable about the work that was done. We just randomly called businesses and Kevin was quick to respond by coming to the house and letting us know what was going on with our pipes. He showed us the problems. No pressure to get them fixed, just provided us what we needed to make decisions. We had to call him several more times about various issues that popped up and every time he was quick to get us what we needed. He even recommended a plumber for a couple minor issues. We have been pleased with all the work Kevin and his team members completed and would definitely use him again.
