My family wanted to give a big """"Thank You"""" to the team from Express Trenchless. Our home was one of the concrete slab homes with failing pipes that are all over Orlando. We were having backups on a consistent basis that were becoming more and more frequent. After researching we found that the non-dig option for repair was what would be best for us. The concept of having to jackhammer the foundation of the house was a nightmare. I messaged 22 companies to get quotes. Only 5 got back to us. Express Trenchless was wonderful. From the start they were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable on providing a quote for the services we needed. They gave us options so if we needed to do part now, and part later they would work with us. In the end, we decided to do the process for the entire house. They were able to make an appointment that wasn't 6 months out and were on-time and courteous the entire time. It was a few days of work, but they were unbelievable. They gave us video footage of the before (so we could see what needed to be done) as well as after video footage. Even when I saw something on the video, they were right there to make sure that everything was perfect. This wasn't a cheap solution, but it was the best solution in the end for our family. Their price was very reasonable. When you consider what the costs of the traditional jackhammer process it may have started less expensive, but the time and repair costs of fixing the foundation and walls, it would have made it considerably more expensive and disruptive. Some of the other companies wanted to charge to simply do the video before even providing a quote. The Express Trenchless folks went out of their way to make this as painless and economic as possible. Thank you again for all you did!

Kevin and his team were quick to respond to our calls, provided professional services, and were extremely knowledgeable about the work that was done.
